LIMITED TOOL WARRANTY
King Canada makes every effort to ensure that this product meets high quality and
durability standards. King Canada warrants to the original retail consumer a 2-year
limited warranty as of the date the product was purchased at retail and that each
product is free from defects in materials. Warranty does not apply to defects due
directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, negligence or
accidents, repairs done by an unauthorized service center, alterations and lack of
maintenance. King Canada shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons
or property or for incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use
of our products.
To take advantage of this limited warranty, return the product at your expense
together with your dated proof of purchase to an authorized King Canada service
center. Contact your retailer or visit our web site at www.kingcanada.com for an
updated listing of our authorized service centers. In cooperation with our authorized
service center, King Canada will either repair or replace the product if any part or
parts covered under this warranty which examination proves to be defective in
workmanship or material during the warranty period.

SAFETY WARNINGS
AND PRECAUTIONS
WARNING! When assembling and using stand, basic safety precautions should always be
followed to reduce the risk of personal injury and damage to equipment. Read all
instructions before setup and use!
SAFETY WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
1. KEEP WORK AREA CLEAN. Cluttered areas invite injuries.
2. OBSERVE WORK AREA CONDITIONS. Do not use in damp or wet locations. Don't
expose to rain. Keep work area well lighted. Do not use electrically powered tools in the
presence of flammable gases or liquids.
3. KEEP CHILDREN AWAY. Children must never be allowed in the work area. Do not let
them handle machines, tools, or extension cords. Never allow children to play with or
climb on the Roller Stand.
4. STORE IDLE EQUIPMENT. When not in use, tools must be stored in a dry location to
inhibit rust. Always lock up tools and keep out of reach of children.
5. DO NOT FORCE TOOL. It will do the job better and more safely at the rate for which it
was intended. Do not use a modified Folding Roller Stand to perform a task for which it
was not designed.
6. USE THE RIGHT TOOL FOR THE JOB. Do not attempt to force a small tool or
attachment to do the work of a larger industrial tool. There are certain applications for
which this tool was designed. Do not modify this tool and do not use this tool for a
purpose for which it was not intended.
7. DRESS PROPERLY. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry as they can be caught in
moving parts. Protective, electrically non-conductive clothes and non-skid footwear are
recommended when working. Wear restrictive hair covering to contain long hair.
8. USE EYE AND EAR PROTECTION. Always wear ANSI-approved impact safety
goggles. Wear a full face shield if you are producing metal filings or wood chips. Wear
an ANSI-approved dust mask or respirator when working around metal, wood, and
chemical dusts and mists.
9. DO NOT OVERREACH. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Do not reach over
or across running machines.
10. DO NOT USE FOLDING ROLLER STAND TO SUPPORT PEOPLE OR ANIMALS.
11. STAY ALERT. Watch what you are doing, use common sense. Do not operate any tool
when you are tired.
12. CHECK FOR DAMAGED PARTS. Before using any tool, any part that appears
damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and
perform its intended function. Any part that is damaged should be properly repaired or
replaced by a qualified technician.
13. REPLACEMENT PARTS AND ACCESSORIES. When servicing, use only identical
replacement parts. Use of any other parts will void the warranty.
14. DO NOT OPERATE TOOL IF UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.
Read warning labels on prescriptions to determine if your judgment or reflexes are
impaired while taking drugs. If there is any doubt, do not operate the tool.
15. MAINTENANCE. For your safety, periodically check hardware for tightness.
16. ONLY USE THE ROLLER STAND ON A FLAT AND LEVEL SURFACE CAPABLE OF
SUPPORTING THE WEIGHT OF THE STAND AND THE WEIGHT THE WORKPIECE.
ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS
ATTACHING THE CROSS BRACES
This Roller Stand comes with two cross braces (A)
Fig.1 which need to be assembled to the main frame
of the stand.
1) Insert the fixing pin (B) Fig.1 into the opening at
the bottom of one of the frame legs.
2) Align the threaded hole of the fixing pin so the
threaded hole faces the opening.
3) Position the cross brace (A) Fig.1 as shown.
Using the provided hex. key (C), guide the cap
screw to fit in the fixing pin, and screw it into the
threaded hole of the fixing pin. Tighten securely.
4) Repeat steps 1-3 for the second cross brace and
leg.
ATTACHING THE ROLLER HEAD
The KRS-102 Roller Stand comes with one roller, as
shown in (A) Fig. 2. KRS-108 comes with a 3-in-1
roller, as shown in (B) Fig.2. The roller head
assemblies need to be assembled to the extension
arm.
1) Position the Roller head assembly (A or B) Fig.2
against the extension arm (C), line up the
mounting holes, and secure both parts together
using 2 cap screws, washers and nylon hex. nuts
(D).
ADJUSTING MODE OF 3-IN-1 ROLLER HEAD
The KRS-108 Folding Roller Stand comes with an
adjustable roller head, which allows you to set the
roller stand in either the 8 ball bearing mode, single
roller mode, or flat bar mode. To change the mode of
the roller head, pull the roller head outward, pivot
until the desired mode is obtained, lower the roller
head to lock it in place.
ADJUSTING HEIGHT OF ROLLER HEAD
The height of the roller stand is adjustable from 27” to 44” high. To adjust roller head
height, loosen the lock handle (A) Fig.3, raise or lower the extension bar/roller head
assembly (B) and retighten the lock handle.

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
OPERATIONAL GUIDELINE
For your safety, periodically check hardware for tightness.
ONLY USE THE ROLLER STAND ON A FLAT AND LEVEL SURFACE CAPABLE OF
SUPPORTING THE WEIGHT OF THE STAND AND THE WEIGHT THE WORKPIECE.
Before use, make sure the Roller Stand is situated on a flat, level surface, capable of
supporting the weight of the Roller Stand and the weight of your workpiece. Make sure the
lock handle is fully tightened before using.
MAINTENANCE & SERVICE
Your Folding Roller Stand requires very little care and maintenance. Simply clean with a
non-abrasive cleaner. When servicing, use only identical parts.  Use of any other parts may
create a hazard or cause product damage. Contact a King Canada service centre for
identical replacement parts.
