4.To collapse the Folding Rack,press the supporting bars,and the two bars of the Folding
Rack will fold down Figure 4
5. First, loosen the already pre-threaded brace so there is room for the pole to be inserted.
Once the brace is loosened, insert the bottom of the telescope poleinto the base as shown
