INSTALLING POWER TOOL ON QUICK MOUNT
SUPPORTS
Warning! This workstation was designed to install
power tools having a foot print no larger than 18”
deep. If your power tool has a larger foot print, we
recommend mounting your power tool on a board
and mounting the board to the workstation quick
mount supports.
1) Fix the quick mount supports (A) Fig.4 to your
power tool using 4 carriage bolts, washers, spring
washers and hex. nuts (B) as shown. At this point,
only hand tighten the hex. nuts.
2) Position the power tool and quick mount supports
assembly onto the top of the workstation bed, place
the rear of the quick mount supports onto the bed
first, then squeeze the locking handles (A) Fig.5
and lower the front of the quick mount supports to
secure the assembly in place.
3) Once the power tool and quick mount supports
assembly is installed on bed, slide the power tool
back or forth until power tool is in the desired
position (in relation to the roller supports). Completely tighten the hex. nuts using a
wrench.
Note: Additional optional quick mount support kits (model KW-125) are available. These
allow quick interchangeability without having to unbolt your power tool.
INSTALLING ROLLER ASSEMBLY ON WORK LIGHT QUICK MOUNT SUPPORT
If supporting short workpieces is required, it is
recommended to install the roller assembly onto the
work light quick mount support.
1) Install roller assembly (A) Fig.6 into one of two
slots (C) on top of the work light quick mount
support (B). Position the head of the carriage bolt
attached under the roller support lock knob (D) into
