Eingebauten Akku auaden
Das Gerät wird über den integrierten Lithium-
Akku betrieben. Um den Akku aufzuladen, gehen
Sie wie folgt vor:
1. Stecken Sie den Micro-B USB Stecker vom
Ladekabel in die Buchse (2) des Gerätes.
Schließen Sie den USB Stecker an einen ein-
geschalteten Computer an. Die Kontrollleuchte
leuchtet rot und der Akku wird geladen.
2. Ist der Akku vollständig geladen, erlischt die
Kontrollleuchte (3).
3. Entfernen Sie das Ladekabel vom Lautspre-
cher und PC.
ACHTUNG:
Lassen Sie das Gerät während des Ladevor-
gangs nie unbeaufsichtigt.
HINWEIS:
• Der Akku kann nur bei eingeschaltetem PC
geladen werden.
• Schließen Sie das Gerät nicht über einen
längeren Zeitraum an einen Laptop-Com-
puter an, wenn dieser nicht am Stromnetz
angeschlossen ist. Ansonsten wird der Lap-
top-Computer unter Umständen entladen.
• Die Ladezeit kann je nach Bedingungen vari-
ieren, unter denen der Akku verwendet wird.
• Falls Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht ver-
wenden, laden Sie den Akku mindestens alle
6 bis 12 Wochen auf. Auch im ausgeschalte-
ten Zustand entlädt sich der Akku stetig.
• Neigt sich die Akkuladung dem Ende, stoppt
die Musikwiedergabe in regelmäßigen
Abständen. Kurz darauf sind Brummtöne
zu hören.
Inbetriebnahme
Sie haben zwei Möglichkeiten das Gerät zu
verwenden: Kabellos via Bluetooth oder kabel-
gebunden.
Kabellos via Bluetooth
HINWEIS:
Ist ein Audiokabel an die LINE IN Buchse (1)
angeschlossen, ist eine Verbindung via Blue-
tooth nicht möglich.
Bei Bluetooth handelt es sich um eine Technolo-
gie zur drahtlosen Funkverbindung von Geräten
über eine kurze Distanz. Der Funktionsradius
beschränkt sich dabei geräteabhängig auf ca.
10 Meter.
Um Musik drahtlos zum Lautsprecher übertragen
zu können, muss Ihr Abspielgerät das A2DP Prol
(Advanced Audio Distribution Prole) unterstüt-
zen. Um die Quelle fernsteuern zu können, muss
das Abspielgerät das AVRCP Prol (Audio Video
Remote Control Prole) unterstützen. Aufgrund
der unterschiedlichen Gerätehersteller, Modelle
und Softwareversionen kann eine volle Funktio-
nalität nicht gewährleistet werden.
Je nach verwendetem Abspielgerät ist eine
gleichzeitige Kopplung mit mehreren Geräten
möglich. Diese Bluetooth-Technologie nennt man
„Multipoint“. Multipoint ermöglicht es z. B. zwei
Smartphones mit einem Kopfhörer zu verbinden.
Wobei Sie von einem Smartphone Musik wieder-
geben und das andere Smartphone nutzen um
Anrufe zu tätigen. Voraussetzung ist jedoch, dass
beide Geräte diese Funktion unterstützen.
• Geräte anmelden (Pairing)
Bevor Sie über das Gerät Musik hören
können, müssen Sie die Geräte untereinander
anmelden.
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Bluetooth-Funk-
tion in Ihrem Abspielgerät (z. B. Mobiltele-
fon) aktiviert ist. Beachten Sie hierfür die
Bedienungsanleitung Ihres Abspielgerätes.
2. Schalten Sie den Lautsprecher ein, indem
Sie den POWER Schalter auf der Unter-
seite auf „ON“ stellen. Zwei tiefe Pieptöne
sind zu hören. Das Gerät bendet sich im
Modus „Automatische Verbindung“. Um
ein neues Wiedergabegerät mit dem Laut-
sprecher zu verbinden, warten Sie bis helle
Pieptöne zu hören sind. Das Gerät bendet
sich nun im Pairing-Modus.
3. Wählen Sie in Ihrem Abspielgeräte das
Bluetooth Menü und melden Sie das Gerät
in Ihrem Abspielgerät an. Beachten Sie
hierfür die Bedienungsanleitung Ihres
Abspielgerätes. Als Auswahl erscheint das
Gerät „BSS 7006“ in Ihrem Abspielgerät.
Wurde die Anmeldung erfolgreich durchgeführt,
sind Quittungstöne aus dem Lautsprecher zu
hören.
HINWEIS:
• Ist die Bluetooth-Version Ihres Wiedergabe-
gerätes unter V 2.1 müssen Sie das
Passwort „0000“ eingeben, um die Geräte
zu verbinden.
• Je nach Gerätehersteller müssen Sie die
Anmeldung (PAIRING) erneut durchführen,
um die Geräte zu verbinden.
• Die Bluetooth-Kompatibilität kann nicht für
zukünftig erscheinende Abspielgeräte (z. B.
Mobiltelefone) gewährleistet werden.
• Um Audiodaten übertragen zu können, muss
Bluetooth in Ihrem Abspielgerät aktiviert blei-
ben. Beachten Sie die Bedienungsanleitung
Ihres Abspielgerätes.
• Verwenden Sie zur Musikwiedergabe ein
Mobiltelefon, bei dem ein Telefonat eingeht,
wird die Wiedergabe unterbrochen. Drücken
Sie die Taste (5), um das Gespräch
entgegen zu nehmen. Der Ton wird vom
Lautsprecher wiedergegeben. Sprechen Sie
in das Mikrophon am Gerät, oder übertragen
Sie das Gespräch an Ihr Mobiltelefon.
Beachten Sie hierfür die Einblendung im
Display des Mobiltelefons. Nachdem Sie
das Telefonat beendet haben, werden die
Geräte wieder miteinander verbunden und
die Wiedergabe wird fortgesetzt.
Kabelgebunden
1. Verbinden Sie ein 3,5 mm Stereo-Klinkenstecker-
kabel mit einer externen Audioquelle. Verwenden
Sie ggf. einen entsprechenden Adapter. (Adapter
nicht um Lieferumfang enthalten.)
2. Stecken Sie das andere Ende des Kabels in
die LINE IN Buchse (1) am Gerät.
3. Schalten Sie den Lautsprecher ein, indem
Sie den POWER Schalter auf der Unterseite
auf „ON“ stellen. Ein Piepton ist zu hören. Die
Kontrollleuchte (8) leuchtet.
4. Starten Sie die Musikwiedergabe.
5. Regeln Sie die Lautstärke an der externen
Audioquelle.

HINWEIS:
Je nach Abspielgerät werden eventuell nicht

Gerät ein- / ausschalten (9)
• Schalten Sie den Lautsprecher ein, indem Sie
den POWER Schalter auf der Unterseite auf
„ON“ stellen. Zwei tiefe Pieptöne sind zu hören.
Die Kontrollleuchte (8) beginnt zu blinken.
HINWEIS: Automatische Verbindung
Sofern von Ihrem Abspielgerät (z.B.
Mobiltelefon) unterstützt, werden die Geräte
automatisch verbunden. Voraussetzung
hierfür ist:
• die Geräte waren bereits untereinander
angemeldet.
• Bluetooth ist in Ihrem Abspielgerät aktiviert.
• Schalten Sie den Lautsprecher aus, indem Sie
den POWER Schalter auf der Unterseite auf
„OFF“ stellen.
HINWEIS:
• Schalten Sie den Lautsprecher aus, wenn
Sie ihn nicht verwenden, um den Akku
zu schonen.
• Nach ca. 10 Minuten ohne Bluetooth-Ver-
bindung schaltet sich der Lautsprecher
automatisch in Standby. Stellen Sie den
POWER Schalter an der Unterseite auf
„OFF“ und dann wieder auf „ON“, um das
Gerät wieder zu verwenden.

• Halten Sie die Taste gedrückt, um die
Lautstärke zu erhöhen. Wurde die maximale
Lautstärke erreicht, ist ein Piepton zu hören.
• Drücken Sie die Taste kurz, um den nächsten
Musiktitel auszuwählen.

• Drücken Sie kurz auf die Taste, um die Wieder-
gabe zu unterbrechen bzw. wieder zu starten.
• Drücken Sie die Taste 2 x kurz hintereinander,
um die zuletzt gewählte Rufnummer anzurufen.
• Drücken Sie die Taste, um einen eingehenden
Anruf anzunehmen. Drücken Sie die Taste
erneut, um das Gespräch zu beenden.
• Halten Sie die Taste gedrückt, um einen einge-
henden Anruf abzulehnen.

Wartung und Reinigung

Tauchen Sie das Gerät nicht ins Wasser!
• Im Innern dieses Gerätes benden sich keine

Charging the Integrated Battery
The device is operated via the integrated lithium
battery. Charge the battery as follows:
1. Plug the micro B USB plug of the charging
cable into the jack (2) of the device. Connect
the USB plug to a powered-on computer. The
indicator lamp lights up red and the battery
charges.
2. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator
light (3) will go out.
3. Remove the charger cable from the speaker
and PC.
CAUTION:
Never leave the device unattended when it is
charging.
NOTE:
• The battery is only charged while the PC is
switched on.
• Do not connect the player for a long period
of time to a laptop computer disconnected
from mains power. Otherwise the laptop
computer’s battery may be discharged.
• The charging time varies according to
battery use.
• When the system is not used for long
periods, charge the battery at least every 6
to 12 weeks. The battery will also constantly
discharge when switched off.
• When the battery is almost empty, the music
playback stops at periodic intervals. Shortly
afterwards, humming noises are heard.
Use
You have two ways to use the device: Cordless
via Bluetooth or by cabel.
Cordless via Bluetooth
NOTE:
When an audio cable is connected to the
LINE IN jack (1), a connection cannot be estab-
lished via Bluetooth.
Bluetooth involves a technology for wireless radio
connection of devices over a short distance. The
function radius is thereby restricted device-de-
pendant to approx. 10 meters.
In order to transfer music wirelessly to the
loudspeaker, your player must support the A2DP
prole (Advanced Audio Distribution Prole). To
be able to operate the source by remote control,
the player needs to support the AVRCP prole
(Audio Video Remote Control Prole). Due to
the different device manufacturers, models, and
software versions, a full functionality cannot be
guaranteed.
Depending on the playback device used, simulta-
neous coupling with several devices is possible.
This Bluetooth technology is called “Multipoint“.
Multipoint makes it possible, for example, to
connect two smartphones to one headphone,
whereby you play music from one smartphone
and use the other one to make calls. However, it
is a prerequisite, that both devices support this
function.
• Logging on Devices (Pairing)
Before you listen to music via the device, you
must pair the devices.
1. Ensure, that the Bluetooth function is acti-
vated in your player (e. g. mobile phone).
For this, refer to the operation manual of
your player.
2. Switch the speaker on by setting the
POWER switch to “ON“. Two low beeps
are heard. The system is now in “Automatic
Connection” mode. To connect a new play-
back device to the speaker, wait until you
hear clear beeps. The device is now set to
the pairing mode.
3. Choose the Bluetooth menu in your player
and register the device in your player. For
this, refer to the operation manual of your
player. The device “BSS 7006” will show in
your player as a selection.
Once the connection is successful, acknowledg-
ment tones can be heard from the speaker.
NOTE:
• If the Bluetooth version of your playback
device is under V 2.1, you have to enter the
password “0000” to connect the devices.
• Depending on the device manufacturer, you
need to perform the registration (Pairing)
again to connect the devices.
• The Bluetooth compatibility cannot be
ensured for devices (e. g. mobile phones)
getting released in the future.
• To be able to transfer audio data, Bluetooth
needs to stay activated in your player.
• If a mobile phone on which you are playing
music receives a call, the music will be inter-
rupted. Press the button (5) to accept the
call. The sound is replayed by the loudspeaker.
Speak into the microphone on the device
or transfer the conversation to your mobile
phone. To do this, observe the overlay in the
display of the mobile phone. After you have
ended the call, the devices are connected to
each other again and playback continues.
By Cable
1. Connect a 3.5 mm stereo audio cable to an ex-
ternal audio source. If required, use a suitable
adapter. (Adapter not included.)
2. Insert the other end of the cable into the
LINE IN jack (1) on the device.
3. Switch the speaker on by setting the POWER
switch to “ON“. A beep is heard. The indicator
light (8) lights up.
4. Start the music playback.
5. Control the volume on the external audio
source.
Operation
NOTE:
Not all the functions may be supported depend-
ing on the playback device.
Switching the Device On / Off (9)
• Switch the speaker on by setting the POWER
switch to “ON“. Two low beeps are heard. The
control light (8) will start to blink.
NOTE: Automatic connection
If supported by your player (e. g. mobile
phone), the devices will be connected auto-
matically. The prerequisite for this is:
• The devices were already connected with
each other.
• Bluetooth is activated in your player.
• Switch the speaker off by setting the POWER
switch to “OFF“.
NOTE:
• To save the battery, switch off the speaker
when not in use.
• After approx. 10 minutes without a
Bluetooth connection, the headphones
switch off automatically. In order to use the
device again, set the POWER switch to
“OFF“ and then to “ON“ again.
Button
• Press and hold the button to increase the vol-
ume. Once the maximum volume is reached, a
beep will sound.
• Press the button briey to select the next track.
Button
• Press the button briey to interrupt or restart
playback.
• Press the button 2 x briey to call the last
dialled number.
• Press the button to answer an incoming call.
Press the button again to end the call.
• Press and hold the button to reject an incoming
call.

• Press and hold the button to decrease the
volume.
• Press the button 1 x briey to play back the
