SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE, TAKE TIME TO READ WELL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PARTICULARLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE.
A misuse of the appliance can damage it or hurt the user. Assure
that you use the appliance for the use for which it is designed, we
refuse any responsibilities as for the damages by an incorrect use
or a bad manipulation.
1. Before connecting your appliance, verify that the supply
voltage indicated on the indicator plate of the appliance
corresponds properly to that of your electrical
installation.
2. No responsibility may be assumed in case of damages
caused by non-compliance of this manual by the user or
by faulty use or handling.
3. This appliance is meant for ONLY DOMESTIC USE and
FOR INTERNAL USE.
4. Use this appliance only as indicated in the instruction
manual.
5. Before each use, ensue that the supply cord is in good
condition.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons (*) in order to avoid a hazard.
7. Never plunge the appliance, its supply cord or the plug
in water or any other liquid.

8. Do not handle the plug on the appliance with wet
hands.
9. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
10. When you disconnect the supply cord, always remove
it from the plug. Do not pull on the cord itself.
11. Unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.
12. Do not use chemical products or abrasive detergents
for cleaning, which may easily damage or deform your
appliance.

emission of hot water vapour
14. Never try to disassemble or repair your appliance
yourself. In case of repair by an unqualified person, the
guarantee is cancelled.
15. For reducing the risk of electric shock, never use this
product with wet hands, never spill a liquid on the
product or submerge it in water.

heated oven.
17. Never leave the appliance working without
surveillance.

18. This appliance is not designed to be used with an
external timer or a separate remote-control system.
19. Never use the humidifier without water
20. Never add detergent, chemicals or fragrances.
21. Always use cold water. We recommend you use distilled
water to guarantee optimal operation of the appliance.
22. Do not leave water in the tank for long periods; this can
lead to proliferation of bacteria.
23. Place the humidifier on a flat and stable surface, out of
direct sunlight.
24. The appliance is only to be used with the power supply
unit provided with the appliance.
25. This appliance is intended to be used in household and
similar applications such as:
staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other
working environments
farm houses
by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments
bed and breakfast type environments

Authorised qualified electrician: after-sales department of the manufacturer or the importer or any
other qualified person, approved and authorised for carrying out this kind of repair for avoiding any
danger. In any case, you must send the appliance to this electrician.

DESCRIPTION
USE
SET UP:
Put the appliance on a firm, level, flat location, at least 15cm from any wall or object for proper air flow. Place the
humidifier on a water resistance surface, as water can damage furniture and some flooring. Do not place unit
directly on carpet, towels, blankets or other absorbent surfaces.
FILLING:
Make sure unit is unplugged.

1. Separate the tank from
the base of the unit.
N.B.: Wait a few seconds before the base of the humidifier is filled with water
5. Plug your appliance into a wall outlet using the power cord, and press the ON button.
6. Select the desired quantity of vapour pressing the mist control button (see speed control paragraph),
then point the vapour in the desired direction using the cover.
N.B.: ensure that the vapour is not directed towards a wall socket or other electrical device.

Water shortage
When the unit is low on water, the refill indicator LED on body will change from blue to red, and the unit
will shut off. Simply add more water to continue use.

The mist director can be selected from through 360 degree by turning the spout

The ultrasonic disk cleaning brush is a small brush which is supplied with the humidifier.

See mode chart above, the night light can be turned on and off with the power button on the front of the
humidifier. The LED indicator light changes color while on.
Humidifier tank
When the humidifier water tank is removed from the body of the unit, the power automatically shuts
down.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Cut off the power and unplug appliance before cleaning
GENERAL CLEANING
Inside the base of the unit: pour excess water out of the appliance, wash out the unit with fresh
water using the cleaning brush and a soft cloth as needed. Do not immerse the base of appliance
in water, or allow water to enter inside the dry air exhaust port of the unit.
Water tank: Empty water tank. Remove mist nozzle and clean the mist tube with fresh water and a
light brush (bottle cleaning brush is recommended).
Outside of the unit: Wipe the surface of the unit with a soft, damp cloth if needed. If you notice an
accumulation of water during usage, reduce humidity and dray outer surface with a cloth.
DESCALING:
Depending on water hardness, generally, the descaling should be done weekly or every other week
to optimize unit performance.
Do not clean the unit or water tank with detergents, solvents or abrasive substances as they could
damage the humidifier and its surfaces.
ULTRASONIC DISK:
Unplug unit
Remove tank and empty all water from unit base and tank
Locate the ultrasonic disk on the inside center of the base unit
Use only the enclosed cleaning brush to gently clean disc.
Do not scrub or scrape
the ultrasonic disc!
CLEANING:
If scale become difficult to remove with brush:
Fill the base with: mixture of 1 tea spoon white vinegar and 1 tea spoon water

Let the solution stand for 5 minutes.
With the white vinegar in the base, clean all interior surfaces with a soft or brush to help remove
scale
Check also mist nozzle and mist tube in water tank. Clean as needed.
Rinse the base thoroughly with water to remove scale and vinegar solution.
STORAGE:
Following the cleaning and descaling instructions when the humidifier will be stored at the end of
the season
Dry humidifier completely before storing. DO NOT store with water inside the base or water tank
Pack the unit in its original carton and store in a cool dry location.
NOTE: IF YOU EXPENRIENCE A PROBLEM DO NOT ATTEMP TO OPEN THE MOTOR HOUSING YOURSELF.
DOING SO MAY VOID YOUR WARRANTY AND CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE HUMIDIFIER OR PERSONAL
INJURY.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
PROBLEM SOLUTION
Water vapor and
humidity are not
produced.
P
ower plug: Unplug and then try again.
Power Failure: When the power is returned, try again.
Tank Installation: Make sure the tank is correctly attached.
The surface of the ultrasonic disk is dirty: Clean ultrasonic disk.
Air blows but water
vapor is not
produced.
Excessive Water: Remove a certain amount of water from
the
tank.
Detergent residue and/or oil ingredients from cosmetics, etc may be in tank;
wash out tank and try again.
The surface of the ultrasonic disk is dirty: Clean ultrasonic disk.
If you use hard water, replace with softer water.
Humidity level is low.
The surface of the ultrasonic disk is dirty: Clean ultrasonic disk.
The water in the unit is too cold: Replace with cool, but not cold water.
The humidity has a
bad smell.
Poor maintenance or dirty water: Clean the product thoroughly, and
fil it with
fresh water.
White dust is forming
on
nearby furniture.
Hard
water may deposit a certain of dust. Dust in the air
also settles because
of added humidity in the room. Use distilled water if this becomes a nuisance.
Unit has stopped
working.
No or
low water. Unplug unit and refil

Water is accumulating
outside of unit or area
surrounding unit.
Saturation of humidity. Lower mist control setting.
Unit not level and water is accumulating. Unplug and place on
level surface. Point spray away from objects. Raise unit on a
water-resistant level surface 2-3 feet off of floor.
Water dripping when
refilling.
Water remaining on bottom of tank. Wipe tank or tilt to drain
before transporting.
Increased noise level.
Unit must be placed on a flat, level, hard surface. Make sure it is
NOT placed
on a soft or absorbent surface.
Red light on power
dial.
Indicates low water. Unplug and refill tank.
Correct disposal of the unit

household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal household waste stream.
Old appliances must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain and
reduce the impact on human health and the environment.
The symbol of the crossed out dustbin is marked on all products to remind the obligations of separate collection.
Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for information concerning the correct disposal of their product.
