Skov Replacement of Motor and Motor print

Skov Replacement of Motor and Motor print allows for the replacement of motors and motor prints in DMS2.2S and MM2.2S devices. Replacing a motor or motor print is a relatively simple procedure that can even be done by non-professionals.

The device is easy to use and comes with a detailed installation guide. Before starting the replacement, make sure to turn off the power supply at the circuit breaker. Then, remove the lid by loosening the screws.

Advarsel!!

 Før låget fjernes, skal strømmen afbrydes ved sikkerhedsafbryderen.

Aftagning af låg

 Løsn skruerne og fjern låget.

Udskiftning af motor

Varenr. 432947 Motor til DMS2.2S og MM2.2S

 Afmonter motorstikket (1).

 Tryk bøjlen (2) ned, og vrid ud med skruetrækkeren, så den gamle motor (3) løsnes og kan

fjernes.

 Monter den nye motor ved at dreje tappen (4) og motoren så de går i indgreb.

 Tryk bøjlen (2) fast igen.

 Monter motorstikket (1).

Vær opmærksom på at stikket skal vende korrekt.

Udskiftning af motorprint

Varenr. 432948 Motorprint DMS2.2S

Varenr. 432949 Motorprint MM2.2S

 Afmonter motorstikket (1).

 Afmonter de 2 skruer og 2 hjælpekontakter (5).

Hvis hjælpekontakterne er tilsluttet skal man være opmærksom på hjælpekontakternes

position, da de skal monteres i samme position på det nye print

 Afmonter de 4 skruer (6), og fjern det gamle print (7).

 Monter det nye print (7) og de 4 skruer (6).

 Monter de 2 hjælpekontakter og de 2 skruer (5).

 Monter motorstikket (1).

Vær opmærksom på at stikket skal vende korrekt.

Montering af låg

 Kontroller at pakningen i låget er hel og sidder korrekt før låget monteres.

 Skru låget fast. PAS PÅ ikke at overspænde skruerne!

Tilslut strømmen

Warning!!

 Before the lid is removed, the current must be switched off by means of the safety switch.

Removal of the lid

 Loosen the screws and remove the lid.

Replacement of motor

Item number 432947 Motor for DMS2.2S and MM2.2S

 Dismantle the motor plug (1).

 Press down the clamp (2) and wring outwards with the screw driver, so the old motor (3) is

loosened and can be removed.

 Mount the new motor by turning the tap (4) and the motor, so they are in mesh.

 Press the clamp (2) so it is fixed again.

 Mount the motor plug (1).

Make sure that the plug is turned correctly.

Replacement of motor print

Item number 432949 Motor print MM2.2S

 Dismantle the motor plug (1).

 Dismantle the two screws and the two auxiliary switches (5).

If the auxiliary switches are connected, one must be aware of the position of the auxiliary

switches, as they must be mounted in the same position on the new print.

 Dismantle the four screws (6) and remove the old print (7).

 Mount the new print (7) and the four screws (6).

 Mount the two auxiliary switches and the two screws (5).

 Mount the motor plug (1).

Make sure that the plug is turned correctly.

Mounting the lid

 Check that the packing in the lid is complete and placed correctly before the lid is mounted.

 Fasten the lid. MAKE SURE not to tighten the screws too much!

Connect the power

Warnung!!

 Bevor der Deckel entfernt wird, den Strom bei dem Schutzschalter abschalten.

Abnahme des Deckels

 Die Schrauben losen und den Deckel entfernen.

Auswechslung von dem Motor

Artikelnummer 432947 Motor für DMS2.2S und MM2.2S

 Den Motorstecker abmontieren (1).

 Den Bügel (2) nach unten drücken und mit dem Schraubenzieher abdrehen, damit der alte

Motor (3) gelöst und entfernt werden kann.

 Den neuen Motor durch Drehung des Zapfens (4) und des Motors montieren, damit sie zum

Eingriff kommen.

 Den Bügel (2) wieder festdrücken.

 Den Motorstecker (1) montieren.

Darauf aufmerksam sein, dass der Stecker korrekt wenden muss.

Auswechslung von der Motorplatine

Artikelnummer 432948 Motorplatine DMS2.2S

Artikelnummer 432949 Motorplatine MM2.2S

 Den Motorstecker (1) abmontieren.

 Die beiden Schrauben und Hilfskontakte (5) abmontieren.

Wenn die Hilfskontakte angeschlossen sind, muss man auf die Position der Hilfskontakte

beachten, da sie auf der neuen Platine in derselben Position montiert werden müssen.

 Die vier Schrauben (6) abmontieren und die alte Platine (7) entfernen.

 Die neue Platine (7) und die vier Schrauben (6) montieren.

 Die beiden Hilfskontakte und die beiden Schrauben (5) montieren.

 Den Motorstecker (1) montieren.

Darauf aufmerksam sein, dass der Stecker korrekt wenden muss.

Montierung des Deckels

 Kontrollieren, dass die Packung im Deckel intakt und korrekt angebracht ist, ehe der Deckel

montiert wird.

 Den Deckel festschrauben. PASS AUF, die Schrauben nicht zu viel anzuziehen!

Den Strom anschließen
