INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
MILLENNIUM PUSH LEVER KIT
1. Disconnect all Syrup and water feeds
to the machine and drain all stations,
then unplug the machine.
2. Remove merchandiser, fluorescent
light assembly and merchandiser frame.
3. Remove flavor strip panel and valve
block enclosure.
4. Remove nozzles and static mixers.
Disconnect all push button switches and
all water solenoids.
Disconnect all water and syrup lines
from the valves.
5. Remove the valve block support with
the valves.
6. Remove all valves from the valve
block support.
7. Remove the strain reliefs from the
valve block support.

8. Remove the old valve block bracket.
Attach the new bracket assembly with
the lever. Repeat for each valve. Discard
the old valve block support, valve block
enclosure and valve bracket.
9. Attach the new valve assemblies to
the new valve block support. Insert the
wire strain reliefs in the new valve sup-
port bracket.
10. Insert the wires through the strain
reliefs and attack the new valve support
bracket with the new valve assemblies to
the machine.
11. Reconnect all solenoid wires. Con-
nect wires that used to be connected to
the push button switches to the micro-
switches on the valve assemblies. The
wires for the solenoinds and switches
are numbered. Valve 1 is on the far left-
hand side.
12. Reattach all water and syrup lines.
Reinstall the static mixers and nozzles.
Attach the new valve block enclosure.
Reassemble the light assembly and mer-
candiser.
