Product Discontinuation Notice: 3M™ PCB Connector, .100”,
2-Row, 7800-0006 PR Series
Issue Number: 918 Date: April 27, 2015
Effective May 9, 2015, 3M is discontinuing the PCB Connector, .100”, 2-Row, 78XX-0006 PR Series,
RoHS* compliant version with 3.8 mm solder tail, due to unforeseeable circumstances. This affects the
3.8 mm solder tail length products on TS-2104. There is no 3M alternative to the connector. (The non-
RoHS version was discontinued in August 2007 on issue number 695 for this tail length. The shorter 2.8
mm 78XX-0000 PR is still available and may be a suitable alternative). 3M is offering a last time buy
through May 8, 2015.
