Thisvehiclehasbeenclassiî„®edaccordingtoEN12184asa
classBmobilityproduct(forindoorandoutdoorareas).It
isthereforecompactandagileenoughforindoorareas,but
alsoabletoovercomemanyobstaclesinoutdoorareas.
1.4Intendeduse
Thismobilitydevicewasdesignedforpersonswhoseability
towalkisimpaired,butwhoarestillintermsoftheir
eyesightandphysicallyandmentallyabletooperatean
electricmobilitydevice.
1.5Regulations
ThevehiclewassuccessfullytestedaccordingtoGerman
andinternationalstandardsastoitssafety.Itsatisî„®es
therequirementsaccordingtoRoHS2011/65/EU,REACH
1907/2006/ECandDINEN12184includingEN1021-2.It
wasalsotestedsuccessfullyaccordingtoEN60529IPX4as
toitsresistancetospraywater,andisthereforewellsuited
forweatherconditionssuchastypicalEuropeanweather
conditions.
1.6Indications
Theuseofthispowerwheelchairisrecommendedforthe
followingindications:
•Theinabilityoragreatlyrestrictedabilitytowalkwithin
thescopeofthebasicrequirementtobeabletomove
withinone’sownfourwalls.
•Theneedtoleavethedwellingplaceinordertoget
somefreshairduringashortwalkortoreachthose
placesgenerallytobefoundatclosedistancetothe
dwellingandwhereeverydaybusinessiscarriedout.
Provisionofpowerwheelchairsforinteriorandexterior
areasisadvisableiftheuseofhand-operatedwheelchairsis
nolongerpossibleonaccountofthedisability,yetproper
operationofanelectromotivedriveunitisstillpracticable.
Contraindications
Therearenocontraindicationsknown.
1.7Usability
Onlyuseamobilitydevicewhenitisinperfectworking
order .Otherwise,youmightputyourselfandothersatrisk.

provideditisusedinstrictaccordancewiththeintended
useassetoutinthisdocumentandallmaintenanceand
servicerequirementsaremet.Theestimatedservicelifecan
beexceedediftheproductiscarefullyusedandproperly

cabletodisconnect,contactyourprovider.

2.3Safetyinformationonelectromagnetic
interference
Thiselectricvehiclewassuccessfullytestedinaccordance
withInternationalstandardsastoitscompliancewith
ElectromagneticInterference(EMI)regulations.However,
electromagneticî„®elds,suchasthosegeneratedbyradioand
televisiontransmitters,andcellularphonescaninî…‡uencethe
functionsofelectricvehicles.Also,theelectronicsusedin
ourvehiclescangeneratealowlevelofelectromagnetic
interference,whichhoweverwillremainwithinthetolerance
permittedbylaw.Forthesereasonsweaskyoutoplease
observethefollowingprecautions:
