1 ESIM364/ESIM264  EPGM1

The standard ME1 metal cabinet does NOT contain all of plasic standofs, the quanity

and the type of which depends on your addiionally acquired device.

Insert the plasic standofs into the appropriate mouning points and ix the circuit board

of selected device on the holders as indicated above (in pics on page 6 and 7).

In order to appropriately install EPGM1 module, please install it in the irst place and

ESIM364/ESIM264 alarm system aterwards. EPGM1 must be mounted on shorter plasic

standofs, while ESIM364/ESIM264 and ELAN3-ALARM – on the longer ones. The

mouning points of EPGM1 module and ESIM364/ ESIM264 system are indicated above.

You also may wire up the accessories, such as keypads, zone and PGM output expansion

modules, ELAN3-ALARM module, temperature sensors. If you choose to install the

buzzer, it must be closer to iButon key reader in order to hear the exit delay countdown.

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

MAIN FEATURES

• Built-in electricity transformer, designed for energy transforming

• Protecion against ire and electrical shock

• 2 built-in tamper switches, which you need to connect to alarm system zones for enclosure su-

pervision

ME1 is a metal cabinet, aligned to work with ELDES products: GSM alarm and management system

ESIM264/ ESIM364; GSM control system ESIM252, EPGM1 module and Ethernet communicator

ELAN3-ALARM. The enclosure is suitable for devices installaion and mouning. ME1 is mounted

with addiional accessories: electricity transformer, fuse and tamper switches. This enclosure fulill

the requirements of ire and electrical shock safety standards. It’s convenient for installaion and

operaion. Can be addiionally accessorised by individual needs. Plasic enclosure like PK051 can

be inserted into ME1 as well.

• ME1 metal cabinet is non-lammable and highly recommended for a convenient installaion of

the system ESIM364 or ESIM264.

• The metal cabinet must always be grounded as well as ESIM364 system’s PCB by connecing

one of the COM terminals to the PE contact of the metal cabinet.

• For the connecion of 230V transformer, use 3x0.75 mm

1 thread double isolated cable. 230V

power supply cables must not be grouped with low voltage cable group.

Manufacturer Warranty

“ELDES UAB” warrants this system only to the original purchaser and only in case of defecive

workmanship and materials under normal use of the system for a period of twenty four (24) months

from the date of shipment by the “ELDES UAB”. Warranty obligaions do not cover expandable materials

(components, which require periodic replacement with the operaion of system - power elements

(bateries), holders and enclosures). The warranty remains valid only if the system is used as intended,

following all guidelines outlined in this manual and in accordance with the operaing condiions speciied.

The warranty is void if the system has been exposed to mechanical impact, chemicals, high humidity,

luids, corrosive and hazardous environments or force majeure factors.

• DO NOT expose the system to high humidity, chemical environment or mechanical impacts.
