Rotronic PC-Series Humidity Probes User manual

  • Hello! I've reviewed the short instruction manual for the Rotronic PC-Series humidity probes, including models PC33, PC52, PC62, PC62V and PCMini52. This document provides information on installation, wiring, and technical specifications, highlighting their various outputs and mounting options. I'm here to help answer your questions about these devices.
  • What should I do before mounting the PC-Series probe?
How should I mount the probe in a duct?
What is the recommended calibration interval?

PC-SERIES HUMIDITY PROBES
Short Instruction Manual
1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The PC-Series humidity probes can be installed in a wide variety of appli-
cations. For more information please visit www.processsensing.com,
www.rotronic.com or scan the QR-Code (also on the probe), which gives you
the direct access to the Rotronic online manual.
2 MOUNTING
2.1 WALL MOUNTING
The PC-Series can be used for wall mounting and must always be installed with the
sensing element facing downwards so as to minimize the propagation of heat be-
tween the transmitter and the sensitive element. They should be attached to the wall
with a mounting clip which can be ordered separately.
2.2 DUCT MOUNTING
The PC-Series can be used for duct mounting and must be installed so
that the end of the sensor body (the lter) comes into contact, perpen-
dicularly, with the ow of air from which the relative humidity is to be
measured. An extra opening should be made in the air duct close to the
opening for the installation of the sensor in order that checks and further
calibration may be performed, when required.

Kurzbedienungsanleitung
1 ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG

2 MONTAGGIO
2.1 MONTAGGIO A PARETE
montaggio ordinabile separatamente.
2.2 MONTAGGIO A CONDOTTA
