Installing the DF-SX
The Model DF-SX from Siemens Industry, Inc., is an
optional dead-front panel that is used on the EN-SX
enclosure to cover and protect the electronic compo-
nents.
MOUNTING
1. Insert the #6-32 x 5/16 screw provided in the tap hole
of the EN-SX enclosure, as shown in Figure 1.
Tighten the screw in place leaving a 1/4 -inch gap
between the head of the screw and the EN-SX
enclosure.
2. Insert the tabs of the DF-SX through the slots in
the top of the EN-SX enclosure (Refer to Figure
1). Let the deadfront cutout rest on the screw.
3. Tighten the screw in place. Make any adjustments
necessary to ensure the door of the enclosure
closes properly.
