During cooking the cooling fan may switch on intermittently in order to reduce energy consumption.
At the end of cooking, once the oven has been switched off, the cooling fan may continue to operate for a
certain period of time.

Retractable knobs
To use this knob, press it in the middle.
The knob comes out.
Turn the knob to the required position.
At the end of cooking, turn the knob to 0 and press it in the
middle to return it to its original position.

USING THE OVEN
Turn the selector knob to the required function.
The oven light switches on.
Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the required temperature.
At the end of cooking:
Turn the knobs to “0”.

LIGHT
Oven light switching on.
CONVENTIONAL
To cook meat, fish and poultry on a shelf.
Preheat the oven to the required cooking temperature and place the food inside
as soon as the red thermostat indicator goes off.
It is advisable to use the second or third shelf.
FAN
To cook on max. 2 shelves.
If necessary, it is advisable to change the position of the food in order to obtain
more even cooking.
Oven preheating is not necessary (except for pizzas and buns).
GRILL
To grill meat (bacon, steak, sausages etc.) and toast bread.
Preheat the oven for 5 min. with the oven door closed.
For best results, leave the oven door open when grilling.
Place food on the grill and when cooking meat, pour a little water in the drip-tray
to reduce smoke and spattering of fat.
Turn food over during cooking.
TURBOGRILL
For grilling large pieces of meat (roast beef and other roasts).
The oven door must remain closed during the cooking.
When cooking meat, pour a little water in the drip-tray (placed on the bottom
shelf) to reduce smoke and spattering of fat.
Turn the meat over during cooking.
DEFROST
For defrosting food at room temperature.
Leave the food in its packaging to prevent it from becoming dry.
TURBOFAN
To cook on one shelf (e.g. fruit, cakes, timbales, vegetables, pizza, poultry).
FORCED AIR
To cook, without preheating, on one or more shelves foods that require the same
cooking temperature (e.g. fish, vegetables, cakes) without odours being
transferred.
LOWER HEATING
ELEMENT
To finish baking fruitcakes or cheesecakes and to thicken sauces.
Use this function for the last 10 - 15 minutes of cooking.

USING THE HOB
The oven control panel has 4 adjustable knobs that control hob operation. They are marked with a graduated scale
corresponding to different power settings, and various function symbols.
Turn the knob of the hotplate clockwise to the required position (refer to the instructions provided with the hob).
Hob Functions Table (depending on model)
Function Description of function
GENTLE HEAT
For leavening dough, softening hard butter from the fridge, keeping feeding-bottles or
babyfood warm, making yoghurt, melting chocolate, etc.
This function is available only when the residual heat indicator is on. Make sure the required
cooking zone residual heat indicator is on. Turn the knob to . To deactivate this function,
change the knob position.
KEEP WARM
To keep the temperature constant at 60°C until the end of cooking. To select the function,
turn the knob to .
QUICK BOILING
To bring water quickly to the boil; it remains active for a preset time. At the end of the preset
time, the hob automatically returns to max. power level. It can be activated even when
cooking has already started. Important: To avoid damaging the hob surface, make sure the
pot has been placed on the required cooking zone before activating this function. The
performance values specified for this function are guaranteed for all vitroceramic cooking
hobs. To activate the function, place the pot on the required cooking zone and turn the knob
to . To deactivate the function, change the knob position.
MULTI ZONE
The multizone symbol, present on the knobs, is only active for hob hotplates equipped with
double or triple zone. These functions extend the hob heating area allowing the use of large,
oval or rectangular pots. To activate the double zone (if available), turn the knob to and wait
until the hotplate residual heat indicator starts flashing. To activate the triple zone (if available),
wait until the indicator starts flashing faster. Select the required power by turning the knob
anticlockwise. The residual heat indicator remains on to show that the hob is switched on. To
deactivate the function turn the knob to “0”.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE ELECTRONIC TIMER
Electronic timer
Starting the oven
When the oven is connected to the power supply for the first time, or reconnected after a power failure, the display
indicates “12.00”.
Selecting and changing the clock time:
1. Press “ok”. The time of day flashes on the display.
2. Press button “-” or “+” to set the hour.
3. Press “ok” and “-” or “+” to set the minutes.
4. Press “ok” to confirm.
To change the time:
Press and hold “ok” for 2 seconds until the time flashes on the display. Repeat the steps described above.
Selecting the cooking function:
1. Tu r n k n o b to the chosen function:
2. Turn knob to select the temperature.
3. Press “ok” to confirm; the oven will switch on. The indicator next to switches off when the selected
temperature is reached.
To change the temperature:
1. Tu r n k n o b and select the desired temperature.
Important notes:
To cancel any selection, turn knob
to “0”. Alternatively, press “ok” to switch the oven off, maintaining the previously
selected functions.

Selecting the cooking time:
Select the cooking time (available with any function, except for the special functions) to turn the oven on for a specified
period of time. At the end of the specified time the oven will switch off automatically. The maximum programmed
cooking time is 6 hours.
1. Set the function and the temperature (see chapter: “Selecting the cooking function”) up to point 2 without confirming
by pressing “ok”.
2. Press “set” (the indicator on the display lights up next to the cooking time symbol ) and, within 8 minutes,
proceed to select the desired cooking time using buttons “-” or “+”.
3. Confirm the selection by pressing “ok”; the oven switches on and the display shows the residual cooking time.
4. To change the previous temperature setting, turn knob

To return to the residual cooking time, wait 5 seconds.
Appearance of on the display:
Once the set time has elapsed, an acoustic signal is heard and appears on the display.
The oven will switch off automatically.
To change the cooking time, use button “-” or “+”. Return to point 3 chapter “Selecting the cooking time”.

Selecting the end of cooking time
Using this function it is possible to preset the end of cooking time. The maximum programmed cooking time is 23 hours
and 59 minutes.
1. Proceed as described in points 1 and 2 chapter “Selecting the cooking time”
2. Press “set” to set the end of cooking time: the indicator next to the symbol lights up.
3. Set the end of cooking time using button “-” or “+.
4. Press “ok” to confirm the end of cooking time.
The oven will turn on automatically at the end of cooking time minus cooking time: the indicators on the display
above the symbols will light up.
Minute minder
The timer can only be set when the oven is not in use and allows a maximum setting of 6 hours.
To set the minute minder:
1. Leave knob on “0”. The display shows the time of the day.
2. Press “set”. The indicator next to the symbol lights up.
Use buttons“-” or “+” to set the desired time.
3. Press “ok” to confirm the selection.
Once the set time has elapsed:
An acoustic signal sounds and flashes on the display.
Press “ok”: The acoustic signal stops. The time of day appears again on the display.
Childproof lock :
1. With knobs and set to “0”, press buttons “ok” and - at the same time for sec. the indicator next to the
symbol lights up.
2. The oven functions will not operate while the childproof lock is activated.
3. To deactivate the lock, repeat the sequence described in point 1.
