Interference
Thispoweredmobilitydevicewassuccessfullytestedin
accordancewithInternationalstandardsastoitscompliance
withElectromagneticInterference(EMI)regulations.
However,electromagneticelds,suchasthosegeneratedby
radioandtelevisiontransmitters,andcellularphonescan
inuencethefunctionsofpoweredmobilitydevices.Also,
theelectronicsusedinourmobilitydevicescangeneratea
lowlevelofelectromagneticinterference,whichhowever
willremainwithinthetolerancepermittedbylaw.For

3.1IntendedUse
Thismobilitydevicewasdesignedforadultsandadolescents
whoseabilitytowalkisimpaired,butwhoarestillinterms
oftheireyesightandphysicallyandmentallyabletooperate
anelectricmobilitydevice.
3.2Indications
Theuseofascooterisadvisableforpersons:
•whoseabilitytowalkisimpaired,or
•whosebalanceisimpaired,or
•whocannotwalklongdistances,or
•whocannotdrivevehiclessuchascars,bikesor
mopeds.
Theusermusthaveenoughupperbodystrengthtositon
ascooterseat.Theusermustbeabletoproperlyoperate
anelectromotivedriveunit.
Contraindications
Therearenocontraindicationsknown.
3.3Typeclassication
ThisvehiclehasbeenclassiedaccordingtoEN12184as
aclassAmobilityproduct.Thismeansitisacompact,
manoeuvrablevehiclemainlyforinternalusewithrestricted
capabilitiesforoneormoreofthefollowingfeaturesin
