whosebalanceisimpaired,or
whocannotwalklongdistances,or
whocannotdrivevehiclessuchascars,bikesor

Theusermusthaveenoughupperbodystrengthtositon
ascooterseat.Theusermustbeabletoproperlyoperate
anelectromotivedriveunit.

hasbeenclassiedaccordingtoEN12184as
aclassBmobilityproduct(forindoorandoutdoorareas).It
isthereforecompactandagileenoughforindoorareas,but
alsoabletoovercomemanyobstaclesinoutdoorareas.
TheOrion
PRO
hasbeenclassiedaccordingtoEN12184as
aclassCmobilityproduct(outdoors).Becauseofitssize
itislesssuitableforuseinindoorenvironments,buthasa
longerdrivingrangeandtheabilitytoovercomelargerand
moredifcultobstaclesinoutdoorsettings.
1.6Regulations
ThevehiclewassuccessfullytestedaccordingtoGerman
andinternationalstandardsastoitssafety.Itsatises
therequirementsaccordingtoRoHS2011/65/EU,REACH
1907/2006/ECandDINEN12184includingEN1021-2and
ISO7176–14.Itwasalsotestedsuccessfullyaccordingto
EN60529IPX4astoitsresistancetospraywater,andis
thereforewellsuitedforweatherconditionssuchastypical
Europeanweatherconditions.Whenequippedwithan
appropriatelightingsystem,thevehicleissuitableforuse
onpublicroads.

Weprovideamanufacturerswarrantyfortheproduct
inaccordancewithourGeneralTermsandConditionsof
Businessintherespectivecountries.
Warrantyclaimscanonlybemadethroughtheprovider
fromwhomtheproductwasobtained.

Weestimateaservicelifeofveyearsforthisproduct,

2.3Safetyinformationonelectromagnetic
interference
Thiselectricvehiclewassuccessfullytestedinaccordance
withInternationalstandardsastoitscompliancewith
ElectromagneticInterference(EMI)regulations.However,
electromagneticelds,suchasthosegeneratedbyradioand
televisiontransmitters,andcellularphonescaninuencethe
functionsofelectricvehicles.Also,theelectronicsusedin
ourvehiclescangeneratealowlevelofelectromagnetic
interference,whichhoweverwillremainwithinthetolerance
permittedbylaw.Forthesereasonsweaskyoutoplease
observethefollowingprecautions:

Alwaysapproachobstaclesstraighton.Ensure
thatthefrontwheelsandrearwheelsmove
overtheobstacleinonestroke,donotstop
halfway.Donotexceedthemaximumobstacle

Avoidshiftingyourcenterofgravityaswellas
abruptchangesofdirectionwhenthemobility
