TheSuite64AutoAttendantoptioncangreatlyenhancebusinessoffice
productivitybyprovidingeitherafulldutyautomatedattendanttohandleall
incomingsystemcallsorapartdutyautomatedattendanttohandleoverflow
trafficonlywhentheprimaryattendantcannothandlecallsorafterhourswhen
thepositionmay
notbestaffed.
Theoptional4VAAAutomatedAttendantcardmaybeaddedtotheSuite64
System.ItisinstalledinsideofKSU1andprovidesamaximumof120secondsof
programmablevoiceannouncements.The4VAAprovidesfourportstohandle
four(4)simultaneouscallers.Thesevoiceannouncementsinclude:Day,Evening,
NoonandTemporarygreetingmessages;Waiting,Invalid,Busy,NoAnswer,
GoodByeandInquiryprompts/instructions.Themaximumrecordingtimefor
eachgreeting/messageandtheactualrecordingforeachvoiceannouncementis
setupviaAttendantAdministration.
AutomaticCOLineRingingtimesettingsmustbeprogrammedinTimeSwitching
andcompletelysetfor
aseven(7)dayweekforAutomaticCOLineRinging
Modestoproperlyfollowaautomaticswitchingschedule.
