General Information
• Read Instructions through carefully before beginning assembly.
• When assembling components, place on a non-abrasive surface
(i.e. shipping box) to avoid scratching.
• We recommend an area approx 5’x 8’ for unobstructed assembling.
• You should not need to use excessive force when assembling components.

Assemble Mailbox Planter Box
Slide the planter box brace down the mailbox post as shown.
Note the location of the notch on the brace.
Guide the front board wall into place and lock into the notch
in the routed hole as shown.
Note that the front board wall has a routered hole on the
inside wall as shown.
Slide two planter box posts down over on each end of the
front board wall.

Slide the two side boards down into place as shown.
slide the last two posts into place over the boards as shown.

Install Pipe
Locate where you would like the mailbox post to go and
using a sledge hammer, drive the pipe into the ground
approximately 18” (18 5/8“ above ground).
Please check level in both directions at about 6” intervals as
you pound the pipe into the ground. Usually, after the pipe is
about 12” into the ground, the trajectory of the pipe is
established and you cannot pull the pipe back into level.
With a helper, carefully lift the planter box assembly up and
over the pipe and place the mailbox post over the anchor pipe.

With the drill bit provided, pre-drill two holes through the vinyl
post and metal anchor pipe as shown. The holes should be
approximately 4” and 16” above ground and centered on the
groove of the mailbox post.
Fasten two tek screws with hex driver until they lock the
mailbox post to the metal anchor as shown.
Slide the mailbox arm down over the mailbox post as shown.
The top of the mailbox arm should be ±42” above ground.

STEP THREE

Fasten 4, 3” screws through the pre-drilled holes on the mailbox
arm through to the mailbox post as shown.
Pressure fit the post caps into place as shown.
You can secure caps on more permanently using PVC glue if
necessary.

Please follow mailbox manufacturer’s instructions for installation
of mailbox (not included) and mailbox mounting plate to the mailbox arm.
