Dear Customer
We would like to inform you that the CineStore Products will go
End Of Service by Dec 31st, 2016.
The CineStore SoloG3 was a Pioneer on the market and
one of the first DCI-compliant Digital Cinema server, but in
the meantime, new generations of Integrated Media Blocks
(IMB), Integrated Media Servers (IMS) and even beyond
with Integrated Cinema Media Processor (ICMP) have seen
the light, with latest Alchemy projectors.
The CineStore Plaza Catcher was also a pioneer in the TMS
market, but some hardware components have become
obsolete.
The CineStore Audi and Dian were introduced with
CineStore SoloG3 to help exhibitors to perform Digital to
Analog audio conversion, but are being used less since the
introduction of new digital audio processors.
Consequences of this End of Service are that after Dec 31st, 2016:
No CineStore SoloG3, CineStore Plaza Catcher, CineStore
Audi nor CineStore Dian specific spare parts, consumables
or kits will be available anymore
No training will be given on those servers and audio
converters.
No repairs will be done on CineStore Products specific parts
No service actions will be done on those servers and audio
converters
Production tools will be removed
Nevertheless, there will be an extension of Service beyond Dec
31st 2016 for CineStore SoloG3 and CineStore Plaza Catcher that
were covered by 10 years of warranty, till the end of their
individual warranty period.
Until Dec 31st 2016, spare parts and service actions are possible.
However, please place your last time buy orders for spare parts,
consumables or kits by end of August 2016.
