OFF before installation!

1Remove the main seat and the passen-
ger seat.
2Prop the front of the fuel in the up
position.
3Lay the PCIII in the tail section tem-
porarily. Route the PCIII harness
under the tail section and go towards
the front of the bike.
4Locate the connector from the main
wiring harness to the
injector rail and uplug this
connector (Fig. A).
NOTE: This connector is grey in color.
5Plug the connectors from the PCIII in-
line of the stock wiring harness (Fig.
B).
6Bolt the fuel tank down into position.
7Remove the bolt on the left hand side
of thefuel tank bracket and loosen the
right hand bolt enough to route the
PCIII harness underneath it (Fig. C).
8Reinstall the bracket.

9Attach the ground wire from the PCIII
to the negative side of the battery
(Fig. D).
10 Install the PCIII in the rear
section of the trunk (Fig. E).
This bike does not have a flat surface
to allow you to use the supplied vel-
cro. The unit can just lay in the tail
section or if you are not using your
tool kit the PCIII can be secured using
the tool kit band.
11 Make sure all the wires are
routed properly.
12 Reinstall the main seat and the pas-
senger seat.
