Oneida Air Systems AXD000002-DDB Template

  • Hello! I've reviewed the Dust Deputy Bagger Wall Bracket template document. It provides detailed instructions for mounting the bracket, including drill hole locations, wall type considerations, and cyclone orientation options. I can answer your questions about this template and the installation process of your wall bracket.
  • What types of walls can the Dust Deputy Bagger Wall Bracket be mounted on?
How can I adjust the orientation of the cyclone?
Can the bracket be installed in a different orientation?
The Bracket can be installed
upside down for easier access
to the wall fasteners after
attaching the cyclone (See
Owners Manual).
When doing so, rotate this
template 180° so that the level
line is on the bottom.

The Dust Deputy Bagger Wall Bracket should be mounted to a sturdy, reinforced wall (e.g.
concrete wall, brick wall, wood-framed wall, etc.) Wall anchors can be used if mounting on
drywall. This template indicates the proper drill holes and the full, assembled size of the Wall
Bracket.

The Cyclone can be rotated in 60-degree increments so that the inlet is facing parallel or
perpendicular to the wall. Decide how you want your system oriented during installation to
best meet your shops needs.
Cyclone Mounting Positions
Place a mark through the Template at each indicated crosshair (at least two keyway holes from opposite ends), then remove the
Template from the wall. If mounting to a stud reinforced wall, center the template on a stud to utilize the reinforcing slots.
