Assembling Your Acanthus Fountain
Caution: Keep children and others from climbing, sitting, or leaning on the fountain
and its components. Failure to do so could cause serious injury.
Fountains have no interlocking component parts.
Fountain parts are held by gravity only.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place Pedestal (A) on level, rm foundation.
2. Balance bottom bowl (B) on pedestal (A)
3. Place pump into pump cavity of bowl (B). Guide electrical plug thru hole
in bottom of bowl and drop cord thru pedestal (A).
4. Center bowl (B) over pedestal (A)
5. Wrap cord plug around cord and wedge tightly in hole in bottom of bowl(B).
6. Fill around plug with silicon, fountain putty, or plumbers putty and allow to set
up. Use a level and shims to assure bowl is level.
7. Attach hose to center of pump. ** Be sure not to let hose kink.
8. Cut off excess hose. Leave 2 - 3 inches for topper (C).
12. Sit topper (C) on bowl (B) and slide hose into bottom of topper (C).
13. Fill fountain with water. Plug pump cord into 110 volt GFI outlet.
14. Pump has a ow control slide switch which can be adjusted to modify
water ow to reach desired volume.
