Run pump cord through standpipe and base, place in groove at bottom.
Secure bowl to base. Attach pump. Set flow as desired. We suggest 2/3 to full strength for best effect.
Turn pump down slightly if high splashing is a concern.
Add top, be sure pump sits at bottom and hose does not bend. Secure using twist and lock. Cord out back of the unit.
Now simply fill with clean water and plug into a grounded GFCI outlet
