Important Safety Information
Please keep this manual in a safe place for easy reference.
1. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the equipment.
Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained and used
properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are informed of all warnings
and precautions.
2. Before starting any exercise program you should consult your doctor to determine if you have any
medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk, or prevent you from
using the equipment properly. Your doctor’s advice is essential if you are taking medication that
affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
3. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop
exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular
heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness or feelings of nausea. If you do
experience any of these conditions you should consult your doctor before continuing with your
exercise program.
4. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.
5. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet. To
ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 0.5 metres of free space all around it.
6. Before using the equipment, check that the nuts and bolts are securely tightened.
7. The safety of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or
wear and tear.
8. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while assembling or
checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the equipment during use,
stop immediately. Do not use the equipment until the problem has been rectified.
9. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that may get caught
in the equipment or that may restrict or prevent movement.
10. The equipment has been tested under class H.C. Maximum weight of user: 220 LBS. Braking ability
is independent of speed.
11. The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
12. Care must be taken when lifting or moving the equipment so as not to injure your back. Always use
proper lifting techniques and/or seek assistance if necessary.

STORAGE WAY
HOW TO FOLD THE ROWING MACHINE
1) Store your machine in a dry area away from children and
high traffic areas as the illustration shown. be sure it is
secure and cannot fall forward onto small animals or
children.
2) Loosen the knob (#25) first, then pull the rear stabilizer
(#31) out and fold down as follow illustration.

You could adjust the tension for varied resistance as below:
NOTE: You should begin your “Exercise Periodat the resistance level and speed to suit
your needs. Remember to start out slow and easy and work your way up to the fitness level
you desire.

THE OPERATION OF COMPUTER
MODE: Allow to select each function
BALAYAGE: Automatically cycles through all 5 functions.
CALORIES: Estimates calories burned during session.
REPETITION/MINUTE: Displays how many strokes per minute.
TOTAL REPETITIONS: Shows cumulative number of stokes the user
has performed.
TEMPS: Indicates how long you have exercised
REPETITION: Counts how many strokes during a session

II. “MODEbutton
This button lets you select and lock on to a particular display function you wantThe monitor will be
reset by changing battery or keep pressing the button for 3~4 seconds
III. During or after the exercise, press the “Modefunction to select the display function like
BALAYAGE, TEMPS, TOTAL REPETITIONS, CALORIES, REPETITION/MINUTE,
THE COMPUTER WILL DISLAY THE FUNCTION “REPETITION” AT ALL TIMES.
Keep pressing the button “MODE” to select the function
"BALAYAGE": It automatically shows each function
sequence of the time, total count, calorie, count/min
Keep pressing the button “MODE”, until the pointer locks
on to the function " TEMPS": It means the duration of the
exercise
Keep pressing the button “MODE”, until the pointer locks
on to the function " TOTAL REPETITIONS": It Shows the
total number of stokes of the user has performed.
Keep pressing the button “MODE”, until the pointer
locks on to the function "CALORIES": The window tells
the consumption of calorie during the workout

locks on to the function "REPETITION/MINUTE " it tells
how many steps you exercise per minute.
When the exercise is finished and the apparatus is left
alone for some minutes, the meter will shut off
automatically
BATTERY:
1. The monitor uses AA batteries. You can replace the batteries through the back of the
unit.
2. Battery must be correctly positioned and make sure the battery spring is properly
contact with battery.
3. If the display is illegible or only partial segment appeared. Please take out the battery
and wait for 15 seconds, then reinstall it.
ADVICE FOR HANDLING BATTERIES
1 Remove the batteries when they are exhausted or if you do not use the product for an
extended period of time in order to avoid hazards through leaking batteries.
2 Do not recharge batteries nor dissemble or throw then into fire. Danger of explosion!
3 Pay attention to the polarity (+) and (-). Always replace all the batteries; do not mix old
and new batteries, or different battery types.
4 Use preferably alkaline batteries.
5 A change of batteries is necessary when the display becomes weaker or completely
faded.

When the exercise is finished and the apparatus is left
alone for some minutes, the meter will shut off

FUNCTION BUTTON: PRESS TO HAVE HANDGRIP HEART RATE FIGURES DISPLAY ON THE MONITOR.
FUNCTION
PULSATION: THE MONITOR WILL DISPLAY THE USER'S HEART RATE WHILE EXERICING.
YOU WILL SEE YOUR CURRENT HEART RATE (BPM) DISPLAY ON THE LCD DURING
EXERCISING. WHEN YOU START TO EXERCISE, YOU HAVE TO HOLD ON GRIPS WITH BOTH
HANDS, AFTER 30 SECONDS TO MAX. 1 MINUTE, THE PULSE FIGURE WILL DISPLAY ON THE
LCD. IF YOU HOLD ON THE GRIP WITH ONE HAND ONLY, THE PULSE FIGURE DISPLAY WILL
BECOME UNSTABLE. FOR THE PULSE READOUT ACCURACY REASON, WE'LL SUGGEST YOU
TO HOLD ON BOTH HANDS DURING EXERCISING. YOU MAY ALSO PRESET TARGET PULSE TO
ASSIST TRAINING. AS SOON AS YOUR CURRENT HEART RATE IS EXCEED THE TARGET
FIGURE, THE MONITOR STARTS TO ALARM TO REMIND THE USER.
The value of pulse function is for reference only, please do not consider as
medical purposes.
