1. Using a flathead screwdriver or chisel,

remove all excess concrete from the

bottom of the preset (see Figure 1).

2. Align adaptor with the top opening

of the preset (see Figure 2).

3. Using a hammer and a screwdriver

tap the adapter until it sits flush with

the bottom of the preset.Do not trap

ground wire below adaptor (see

Figure 3).

4. Place trim flange over adaptor and align

the four mounting holes in the flange to

the four tapped holes in the adapter

(see Figure 4).

5. Tighten flange to adaptor using a

screwdriver. Do not over tighten

flange. Tighten until flange is snug to

carpet or tile surface (see Figure 5).
