ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR LEXINGTON COMBO

TALL FLOOR LAMP ITEM #4052

PLEASE READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

Be careful when unpacking the lamp since the wires are

connected. If the wires are pulled out of their connectors, the

lamp will not turn on.

1. Begin at the bottom of the lamp.

2. Screw pole (C) clockwise onto lamp base (A) through metal washer (B)

and turn to tighten.

3. Place two washers (D) onto pole (C)

4. Screw pole (E) clockwise onto pole (C) till tight.

5. Place two washers (F) onto pole (E).

6. Screw part (G) clockwise onto pole (E) till tight.

7. Place two washers (H) onto parts (G).

8. Screw pole (I) clockwise onto part (G) till tight.

9. Place shade (J) onto socket of pole (I).

10. Place metal part (K) onto socket of pole (I) to match jointing (M).

11. Screw butterfly screws (L) onto jointing (M) till tight.

CAUTION:

Use only with maximum of 2*150 watt incandescent bulbs or 2*42 watt CFL

bulbs for upward lamp, and 1*60 watt type A bulb or 1*13 watt CFL bulb for

reading light (bulbs not included). Must use same bulb type in all sockets -

all CFL or all incandescent.

Many people are choosing to use energy efficient CFL light bulbs. CFL's

vary in size based on manufacturer, features, and wattage. Some CFL

bulbs may change the functionality of the lamp. For example: The uplight

of this lamp has a low/high/off function. When using the CFL bulbs on the

low setting the bulbs may either "flicker" or not work. We recommend only

using at the “high” level。

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a

safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized

outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it

still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord

unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
