1 Einleitung
Der interne Windschutz ist passend für alle KERN ABP Analysenwaagen.
Durch die Montage der inneren Windschutzplatte wird das Volumen des Wägeraums
begrenzt, dadurch werden die Auswirkungen der Konvektion innerhalb des Wäge-
raums auf die Wägewerte der Waage verringert, was die Reaktionsfähigkeit und Sta-
bilität verbessert.

3 Montage des internen Windschutzes
① Befestigen Sie die Träger mit den Gewindestiften an der inneren Windschutzplatte.
Im Lieferumfang sind zwei Arten von Trägern enthalten (108 mm und 148 mm).
Wählen Sie die Länge entsprechend Ihrer Arbeitsumgebung.
Die Montage der innere Windschutzplatte ist von beiden Seiten möglich.
② Lassen Sie die Windschutzplatte und den Zentrierring sich an die Umgebungs-
temperatur der Waage anpassen.
③ Montage 0,01mg Modelle:
Entfernen Sie das Schutzblech, Wägeplatte, Träger Wägeplatte und den Wind-
schutz. Bewahren Sie die entnommenen Teile auf.

④ Montieren Sie den im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Zentrierring. Anschließend mon-
tieren Sie wieder den Träger der Wägeplatte und die Wägeplatte.
⑤ Setzen Sie die Windschutzplatte in der richtigen Ausrichtung in den Windschutz ein.
Wenn ein Ionisierer installiert ist, achten Sie darauf, die Windschutzplatte
beim Einbau nicht zu beschädigen
⑥ Montieren Sie die Windschutzplatte, indem Sie leicht auf den Gummistreifen drü-
cken, so dass das Gummi die vordere Glasscheibe des Windschutzes berührt.
⑦ Warten Sie nach der Installation bei eingeschalteter Stromversorgung mindestens
60 Minuten, bis sich die Temperatur stabilisiert hat, bevor Sie mit den Messungen
beginnen.

Im Lieferumfang sind zwei Arten von Trägern enthalten (108 mm und 148 mm).
Wenn Sie eine Waage der Serie ABP (Ablesbarkeit 0,1mg) ohne Schutzblech ver-
wenden, dann verwenden Sie die 148 mm Träger. Wenn Sie eine ABP Waage mit ei-
ner Ablesbarkeit von 0,01 mg mit dem Schutzblech verwenden, dann verwenden Sie
die 108 mm Träger.

Achtung
Bevor Sie die Waage reparieren oder bewegen, müssen Sie die Waag-
schale, den Schalenträger, die Abschirmplatte, das Abschirmgehäuse und
die Windschutzplatte entfernen, um Schäden zu vermeiden.

Reinigen
Vor allen Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und Reparaturarbeiten das Gerät von
der Betriebsspannung trennen.

1. Glasplatte
Diese kann wie nachfolgend beschrieben entfernt und mit einem
handelsüblichen Glasreiniger gereinigt werden.
Glasplatte sorgfältig behandeln.
Achtung: Bruchgefahr
Gefährdung durch Schnittverletzungen.
Entsorgung
Die Entsorgung von Verpackung und Gerät ist vom Betreiber nach gültigem nationa-
lem oder regionalem Recht des Benutzerortes durchzuführen.

1 Introduction
The internal windshield is suitable for all KERN ABP analytical balances.
Due to the assembly of the inner windshield plate the volume of the weighing space
is limited, by the way the convection effects inside the weighing space on the
weighing values of the balance are reduced, which improves the reaction ability and
the stability.

if that there has been no damage and that all items of delivery scope are present.

3 Assembly of the internal windshield
① Fasten the carriers to the internal windshield plate using the threaded pins.
The scope of delivery comprises two types of carriers (108 mm and 148 mm).
Select the length according to your working environment.
The assembly of the inner windshield plate is possible from both sides.
② Have the windshield plate and the centering ring adapted to the balance’s
environmental temperature.
③ Assembly 0.01mg models:
Remove the safety sheet, the weighing plate, the carrier of the weighing plate and
the windshield. Keep the removed parts.

④ Assemble the centering ring included in the scope of delivery. After that
reassemble the carrier of the weighing plate and the weighing plate.
⑤ Insert the windshield plate correctly aligned into the windshield.
When an ionizer is installed, take care that the windshield plate is not
damaged when being assembled
⑥ Assemble the windshield plate slightly pressing onto the rubber strip, so that the
rubber touches the front glass pane of the windshield.
⑦ After installation switch-on power supply and wait at least 60 minutes until the
temperature is stabilized, before you start the measurements.

The scope of delivery comprises two types of carriers (108 mm and 148 mm). If you
use a balance of series ABP (readability 0.1mg) without safety sheet, then use the
148 mm carriers. If you use a ABP balance with a readability of 0.01 mg with safety
sheet, then apply the 108 mm carriers.

Attention
Prior to repair or to move the balance, remove the weighing pan, the pan
carrier, the screening plate, the screening case and the windshield plate in
order to avoid damage.

4 Servicing, maintenance, disposal
Cleaning
Before any maintenance, cleaning and repair work disconnect the
appliance from the operating voltage.

1. Glass plate
These may be removed as described below and cleaned with a
commercial glass cleaner.
Handle the glass plate with care.
Attention: Risk of breakage
Risk of cuts.
Disposal
Disposal of packaging and appliance must be carried out by operator according to
valid national or regional law of the location where the appliance is used.

1 Introduction
Le brise-vent interne est approprié pour toutes les balances analytiques KERN ABP.
Grâce au montage de la plaque brise-vent interne, le volume de l’espace de pesée
est limité, ainsi que les effets de la convection à l’intérieur de l’espace de pesée sont
réduits améliorant la réaction et la stabilité.

Sortir avec précaution l’appareil et les accessoires de leur emballage, retirer le

① Fixez le vecteur à la plaque brise-vent à l’aide des goupilles taraudées.
Le volume de fourniture inclut deux tapes de vecteurs (108 mm et 148 mm).
Sélectionnez la longueur selon votre environnement de travail.
Le montage de la plaque brise-vent interne est possible des deux côtés.
② Faites adapter la plaque brise-vent et la bague de centrage à la température
ambiante de la balance.
③ Montage 0,01mg modèles:
Eloignez la tôle de protection, le plateau de pesée, le vecteur du plateau de
pesée et le brise-vent Conservez les pièces retirées.

④ Montez la bague de centrage contenue dans le volume de fourniture. Ci-après
remontez le vecteur du plateau de pesée et le plateau de pesée
⑤ Insérez la plaque brise-vent correctement orientée dans le brise-vent.
Si un ionisateur est installé, veillez à ce que la plaque brise-vent ne soit
endommagée lors du montage
⑥ Montez la plaque brise-vent en appuyant légèrement sur la bande en caoutchouc
de sorte que le caoutchouc touche la lunette en verre antérieure du brise-vent.
⑦ Après l’installation avec approvisionnement de courant allumé, attendez au moins
60 minutes jusqu’à ce que la température se soit stabilisée avant de commencer
les mesures.

Attention
Avant de réparer ou transporter la balance, il faut éloigner le bac de pesée,
le vecteur du bac, la plaque de blindage, le boîtier de blindage et la plaque
brise-vent afin d’éviter tout endommagement.

4 Maintenance, entretien, élimination
Nettoyage
Avant tout travail de maintenance, de nettoyage et de réparation couper
la tension de régime de l‘appareil.

verre
Celle-ci peut être enlevée comme décrit ci-après et nettoyée
avec un produit pour vitres dans le commerce.
Traiter avec précaution la plaque en verre.
Attention: Risque de bris de verre
Risque de blessures par coupures.
Elimination
L’élimination de l’emballage et de l’appareil doit être effectuée par l’utilisateur selon
le droit national ou régional en vigueur au lieu d’utilisation.
