Thank you for choosing X-SPOT 200 products.This moving head light is the latest developing
product from X-SPOT with perfect combination of advanced electronic controlling technology and
excellent humanized industrial design features, this product support international standard DMX512
signal controlling mode.
X-SPOT 200 have the characteristics of small power, high photosynthetic efciency and long life,
small volume, light weight, fast running speed, multiple function are another attractive points. high
intensity of illumination, high brightness plumpness even more strengthened the fullness and
sharpness of light speed. module design ensures the convenience and reliability of installation, use
and maintenance, clever light blocking device make prevent light-leaking became the biggest selling
point of this light,it serves for all kinds of medium and top grade performance places with a series of
functional and practical, the most eye-catching LED moving head Gobo light.
1. Safety information
After receiving the light, please unseal it and check whether there is any damage caused
by transportation. If any of that, please do not use this light and contact the dealer or
manufacturer as soon as possible.
This product is for professional use only. It is not for household use.
Care should be taken whe n using this product for serious or fatal damage
Please read the user manual before power on or installation. Follow operational safety
precautions and pay attention to the warning signs in the user manual and equipment.
If you have any other questions about how to operate the equipment safely, please contact
the dealer or call the service hotline.
High temperature prevention
This product is suitable for indoor, and its protection grade is IP20.
Light should keep dry, avoid to be used below damp overheat or much dust environment.
Prevent light from contacting water and other liquids.
The environment temperature should be no more than 40℃ for the light working, please
immediately stop using the equipment if temperature is higher than it.
Prevent injuries from falling
Please do not move the equipment alone when unpacking or handling.
When hanging a light xture, verify that the xture and hook can withstand at least 10 times
weight of the light.
Before installation, it must be veried that the installation hardware is strong enough without
other damage and safe to use the safety rope xed on other facilities as an auxiliary safety
method. Lower the boom to a safe position during installation or disassemble.

To prevent electric shock
The person making the electrical connection must be qualied to operate.
Before installation, make sure that the power supply voltage you are using conforms to the
power which identied by the light voltage with overload or leakage protection.
Each xture must be properly grounded and electrically installed in accordance with
relevant standards.
Avoid using in thunderstorm or wet environment.
Prevent burning or catching re
Do not install the light directly on the surface of ordinary combustible material.
Do not use short temperature-controlled protection switches or fuses. Use specied
type of fuse.
The equipment must be installed away from ammable and explosive materials. The
minimum distance between the equipment and ammable materials is 0.5m
Light reaches a steady state maximum surface temperature 60 ℃.
Please do not touch the light body when it is working.
The fan or ventilation area should be free from obstacles at least 0.1 meters away.
Allow equipment to cool for at least 15 minutes before moving packaging.
To prevent cracking
The protection screen, lens and ultraviolet screen on the light should be replaced if there
is visible damage, that is, damage to the extent of failure, such as cracks or deep marks
should be replaced.
Uv protection
Don’t use equipment without a lens and lid.
If the lamp holder and other lamp body cover are damaged or broken, please replace the
new parts in time.

3. Packaging
3.1 Standard accessories enclosed

3.2 Tilt lock
For convenient transportation and use, the light body is provided with Pan and Tilt protection lock
(gure 3.2-2) for positioning. For the ight case packaging, the lock position is locked in the center
during transportation, and the light body is in a vertical state with the arm. Note: open the protection
lock before energizing (see gure 3.2-1)
3.3 Light package
1. Before pack the equipment, disconnect the power supply to make it cool completely, at least for
more than 15 minutes.
2. Clean the dust on the surface of light, and lock the light body protection lock for ight case
packaging.
3. Pack the packaging bags, and install the light accessories into the packaging box after installing
the light.
4. No more than two layers are allowed in the packing box, and the reverse is prohibited.

4.Physical installation
Users should ensure that the light and their installation materials are inspected regularly. If there
is a lack of conditions and professional level for such work, please do not operate by yourself and
ask relevant professionals to do it for you. The suitable working environment temperature for the
light are range from 0 ℃ to 40 ℃, do not use under the temperature lower or higher than the range.
When the light is installed, disassembled, moved or repaired, do not stand directly below the light.
The operator must ensure that the light is securely connected. Please ask a professional to approve
the electrical parameters before installation.

4.1 Hanging installation description
Horizontal placed:
Remove the hanger and place it horizontally to ensure the safe distance between horizontal and
rotating space must be 1000mm(gure 4-1)
Hanging placed :
1. Lamp hook mounting bracket: loosen the hexagonal nut of the lamp hook rst and lock the lamp
hook screw column horizontally into the central hole of the hanger bracket.
2. Bottom of mounting light for hanging components: the light hook is facing the position of the
display board, and the quick lock is aimed at the position of 4 holes at the bottom, and then the
lockout is tightened with a clockwise “click” with pliers (gure 4-2).
3. Safety rope installation: after the light is hung to the designated position, the safety rope shall be
fastened around the hanging bracket and the post at the designated position.
4. The minimum safe distance for the installation of multiple lights must be 1000mm.

4.2 Installation instructions for folding light hook
1. Before installation, it must be veried that the rigging and equipment clamps are not damaged and
can bear at least 10 times weight of the equipment, and the building can bear at least 10 times of the
total weight of the equipment, clamping devices and cable auxiliary equipment.
2. Turn the light hook perpendicular to the base and rotate the other side of the hook towards the
display by 180 degrees.
3. Hook the light holder on the xed bracket and lock the bracket.
4. After the equipment is hung on the support and xed, install the safety rope and connect the
power line and signal line to reach the appropriate height, as shown in g.4.2-1.
5. Install safety rope that can withstand 10 times the weight of the equipment, and the equipment at
the accessory end shall be equipped with xtures.
6. Verify that the light body lock is open and that there is no ammable material or other ammable
materials within 0.5m of the equipment.
7. The light must be placed vertically upward when placed. The minimum safe distance for working
adjacent light must be 1000mm

4.3 Signal cable connection
●If the distance between the DMX console and light or between light and light
is over 60 meters, it must add a primary signal amplier depends on the signal
strength or working environment.
●Two input or output signal are not allowed in a device at the same time. One
input and output signal only.
●The DMX input and output of the device adopt a 3-pin XLR connector. Pin 1
for GND, pin 2 for DATA- pin3 for DATA+. A terminal plug must be installed at
the last 3-pin output jack of the connecting device at each branch, in order to
prevent receiving control signal reection and interference.
●If the external cord was damaged or any cable damaged,it should be provided
by manufacturer or its distributors.
4.4 Power cable connection
●The output and input power cable for this product are 2.5mm2 copper core cable. Input interface is
blue and output interface is white.( The extension output cable is provided with charge.)
This product stipulates that the input power and signal line shall be three-pin cable power line. The
connection diagram is as follows:
100~240VAC input
If the input power is 220V AC power, the number of series lights shall not exceed 5.
If the input power is 110V AC power, the number of series lights shall not exceed 2.



4.5 Replace fuse
1.Power and fuse congurations are shown in the table below:
2.Turn off the safety cap counterclockwise as showed in the gure 4.4-1;

3.Pull the old fuse out of the safety holder.
4.Put the new fuse in the safety holder.
5.Tighten the safety holder cap clockwise nally.

5.4DMX Address Setting
Press (OK) key in the ( Dmx Address ) menu to set and restore the DMX code.
To set ( 001-512 ) DMX code by ( UP/DOWN ) key.
5.5 Run Mode
Press (OK) enter in to the ( RunMode ) menu with 7 modes.
Select ( Manual ) mode with ( up/down ) key, press (OK) key to enter in to the
Manual menu as below:

● Press(OK) enter into the menu of the (Correction).
●(Dimmer) set brightness range from 0% to 100%.
●(Focus) to set the pattern denition, 0-127:calibration;128-255: reverse calibration.
