I can't see the capture card as sources in applications I use.

Does not receive power, tried on multiple PCs

All PCBA boards ensure “Pass” 100% in the AVerMedia factory.

PCBA is an essential part of the GC570D. It must be strictly tested before we are

dispatched from the factory to ensure its quality. Therefore, we build strict inspection

steps, shown below flow:

IC programming-> Testing start-> Auto Testing: Device Link/FW check /HDMI Video,

Audio -> LED check -> All testing item check

Question 2:

Item arrived damaged with sticky residue on bag and card.

Answer:

Once the packaging has been fulfilled, the all the product needs to be filled in the

records, shown below flow:

Packing-> OQA inspection-> Shipment

Question 3:

Would not display anything but a green screen

Answer:

GC570D supports two HDMI in; user need to confirm the resolution if supports

GC570D

Please note,

HDMI Input 1 supports resolution are not same HDMI input 2

- HDMI IN 1 & OUT： 3840 x 2160@60fps / 2560 x 1440@144fps / 1920 x

1080@240fps

- HDMI IN 2：1920 x 1080@60fps

The green screen may be the lack of computer performance.
