1. ORDERS
Minimum order: $150.00. Written purchase orders are required. No verbal orders will be accepted. Each order shall be acknowledged
within 24 hours of order entry.

3. CREDIT HOLD
If a Distributor is placed on credit-hold, all orders will be removed from the shipping queue and materials allocated thereto will be
released for shipment to other firms. Upon removal of the credit-hold, Distributor’s orders will be re-scheduled as new orders.
4. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS
All changes must be received in writing, accompanied by a revised purchase order. Additions to existing orders will be allowed if the order
is still ‘open’. Open orders are those where at least one line item has not shipped. Additions to ‘closed’ orders will not be accepted and
will be treated as a new order with minimum order value requirements.
For Made-to-Order product orders, there is a 100% cancellation charge once engineering, procurement, or manufacturing has begun.
For any special length product orders, there is a 30% Cancellation Charge once order has been processed.
5. SHIPMENTS
Orders are shipped subject to availability and credit approval.
Urgent orders for Factory Inventoried products requesting same day air shipment (Self Regulating Cable, Components and Accessories)
must be received by NTM Customer Service Center, by 10:00 a.m., Pacific Time and do not qualify for freight prepaid.
All urgent orders should be coordinated with NTM Customer Service.
Orders that require special handling cannot be guaranteed same day shipment.
6. FREIGHT COSTS
Freight costs are calculated based on weight, destination & origin.
7. QUALIFY FOR FREIGHT PREPAID
INDUSTRIAL Qualifying freight is the dollar amount that an order has to meet in order to qualify for freight prepaid. An order for standard
/factory inventoried nVent RAYCHEM products must be over $7500 to qualify for freight prepaid.
COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL & FLOOR HEATING Qualifying freight is the dollar amount that an order has to meet in order to qualify for
freight prepaid. An order for standard /factory inventoried nVent RAYCHEM products must be over $3500 to qualify for freight prepaid.

8. FACTORY INVENTORIED (FI) & QUALIFIED FOR FREIGHT (QF) PRODUCTS
All NTM ‘‘Factory Inventoried’’ and ‘‘Qualified for Freight’’ product orders over $7500 shall be shipped from the factory warehouse ground
freight allowed via NTM-selected carrier. Orders less than $7500 will be shipped via NTM carrier prepaid and add or customer carrier
account
9. MADE-TO-ORDER (MTO) OR CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All NTM ‘‘Made-To-Order’’ or ‘‘custom’ product orders (including but not limited to nVent RAYCHEM MI cable, controllers and panels)
shall be shipped from the factory warehouse ground prepaid and add via NTM-selected or customer carrier account. In this document,
all MTO’s are marked. products are marked as either MTO, QF, or FI, so you can determine when step 8 applies.
10. DROP SHIP
All Drop Ship orders, regardless of size or type of product, shall be shipped from the factory warehouse via NTM selected carrier prepaid
and add or customer carrier account. Drop Ship orders do not qualify for freight prepaid.
11. SPECIFIC LENGTH REQUEST
Orders requesting specific heating cable lengths require a $100 handling charge per specific length requested, which shall be entered
on the order.

12. SHIPPING TOLERANCES:
The following length tolerances apply to self-regulating heating cable shipments:
Stocking orders: +5% / -0% shipments to distributor location
Drop-ship orders: +0% / -0% shipments to end user location
13. RETURNS
subject to the rules written on the RA, and must be freight pre-paid by the shipper.
All returns for Factory Inventoried products are subject to a minimum 30% restocking charge, unless authorized in accordance with the
following exceptions:
A. With prior approval from the Regional Sales Manager, product from a Distributor can be returned once per year to improve the mix of
local inventory and accompanied by a replacement order equal to 1.5 times the credit value of the returned goods. The Distributor
shall be responsible for return freight charges. The credit value for returned goods will be the original purchase price of Distributor
inventory on a first in, first out basis.
B. Product not as ordered.
C. Products shipped within 90 days of being declared obsolete.
D. Product determined by nVent to be defective.
NTM will refund the freight charges in situations outlined in items B and D above.
No returns or exchanges on floor heating thermostats, floor heating accessories, floor heating custom mats, or any Made-To-Order
products (warranty excluded).
14. PAYMENT TERMS
Net 30 days from date of shipment.
