4. Assembly
4.1 Installation location
Check the perfect condition of the existing roof structure (static
calculation required, possible enquiry regarding the building).
The mounting frame for the collectors must not be tted at the
edge or in a corner of the roof. Observe the collector installa-
tion instructions.
Observe the following when selecting the xing point:
- Any air vents that may be present
- Roof outlets for the hydraulic and electrical connection of
the collectors

ance should be
no more than 1100 mm.

5.3.3 Flat roof
Support hole dimensions:
26_05_01_0540
Install the mounting racks on the roof. Observe the roof statics.
For installation heights up to 8 m, there is no need to drill holes.
In this case, the mounting rack has to be weighed down with
at least 180 kg of ballast per collector, for example using a con-
crete slab.
For installation heights in excess of 8 m, screws must be used
to secure the mounting rack.
f Secure each support triangle using six „M8UPAT“ screw
s
through the holes (18/22) in the support.
5.3.4 Wall mounting
26_05_01_0541
The selection of xing materials is subject to the nature of the
wall. Observe the statics.
During installation on a wall, shearing and tensile forces result,
which must be counteracted. Secure each mounting frame at
six securing points to redistribute the shearing and tensile
forces.
