Warmhaus comb, manufactured n accordance wth European Unon
standards and advanced technology, are also beng mported to many
countres. You can beneft from our Authorzed Techncal Servce network
havng occupatonal competency certfcate for all knds of ordnary
mantenance requrements for ths product manufactured wth rgorous
studes. Our Authorzed Servces guarantee protecton of your devce
performance as they always provde orgnal spare parts servce. Carefully
read ths gude n order to use the comb n an economc, comfortable and
ecent way and keep as a source of applcaton.
In order to ensure ecent use, we ntally recommend you to have the
nstallaton performed by a certfed dealer experenced and competent n
nstallaton by the local gas authorty.
1.1. GENERAL WARNINGS
Gude Book s an nseparable and ntegral part of the product and should be
delvered to the new user when the devce s transferred. The aforementoned
book should be carefully protected and used as well as be applcable when
requred as t contans mportant nformaton regardng nstallaton.
Radator and DHW nstallatons should be engneered and
produced by a competent and certfed engneerng company n
accordance wth measurements defned based on laws by
consderng legal regulatons n force.
Installaton and Mantenance operatons should be performed by
the expert personnel havng adequate techncal knowledge n
nstallatons sector and occupatonal competency certfcate n
accordance wth legal regulatons n force. As the result of a false
nstallaton, dangers may occur whch the manufacturer company cannot be
held responsble for and may damage people, other lve bengs (anmals,
plants) or commodtes.
Natural Gas Installaton Project; One of the dealers authorzed by a
gas company located at your cty should be preferred for performng
project and etude studes.
In order to enable use of the comb wth LPG tubes or LPG tanks,
conversaton of the comb should be performed by our authorzed
Warmhaus servce. Project desgn and applcaton for LPG use
should be performed by the company supplyng the tank n
accordance wth local and legal rules.
1.2. GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The Manufacturer company shall not have any responsbltes
wthn or out of the agreement scope due to falures arsng from
falng to follow legal regulatons n force and standards and
nformaton gven n ths gude book (and nformaton and nstructons
provded by the manufacturer under any crcumstances) durng
nstallaton, use or mantenance operatons and devce warranty shall also
be vod.
Only the authorzed Warmhaus Servce s authorzed to make the
electrcal connecton of Comb and supplyng electrcty to the
comb.
The mantenance and repars as the result of falure of the product wthn the
warranty perod due to materal, producton and nstallaton errors shall be
performed as free of charge wthout clamng any workmanshp costs and
spare part payments.

Ths devce should only be used for ts desgned ntended
purposes (to be used n closed-crcut heater nstallaton and
producton of open crcut domestc hot water producton). All
knds of other uses are not sutable as well as may create a potental danger.
Manufacturer shall not be responsble for damages occurrng due to
nterventons, false nstallaton and ntal startng performed by unauthorzed
persons and warranty scope shall be vod. As the Comb s a devce havng
heatng system, domestc hot water, natural gas/LPG and electrcal
connectons, do not make and have any nterventons made wthout the
authorzed servce.
Forbd any nterference wth a sealed component.
Devce mantenance operatons should be performed by the
authorzed and expert techncal personnel, and
It s strctly forbdden to try to detect the gas leakage wth the help
of flame.
Ths devce has been manufactured to be nstalled n the country
gven on the techncal regstry label. Performng the nstallaton n
countres other than the country wrtten on the table may damage
ndvduals, anmals and commodtes.

2.2. COMBI INSTALLATION RULES
2.2.1. General Rules for Installation Places of Combi Boilers
No restrcton s avalable for places where Hermetc (C typ) comb s nstalled
(devces may be nstalled regardless the room volume and ventlaton type).
Also, they may be nstalled at partally protected areas such as balcony,
terrace provded that beng placed n protectve cabnets and takng requred
precautons aganst frost of nstallaton water.
Comb should be soundly nstalled to buldng wall. Flexble connecton
pece should be used between the comb and gas lne. Flex lengths to be
used n A, B and C type devces should not exceed dmensons allowed by
local gas authortes. Flue outputs of hermetc combs must be connected to
places open to exteror and havng ar crculaton. Installaton (postons of
ppe output openng based on varous forms, vertcal, horzontal mnmum
dstances, cross secton areas of channels f gven to channels, etc.) must
be carred out accordng to regulaton standards, current legslaton and
n complance wth local techncal regulatons and the requred techncal
procedures.
2.2.2. Places Not Suitable for Installing Hermetical Combi Boilers
Starways of Buldngs,
Corrdors avalable for general use, ventlaton ways and shafts, lofts, attcs,
emergency ext doors, cellars, hall and smlar places creatng common use
areas,
Yards between buldngs,
Narrow cornce dstances,
Over flue walls,
Enclosed balcones,
Open balcones (except beng located n the cabnet and permsson of the
devce company),
Below protrudng structure parts preventng exhaust gas output,
Places those may be drectly subjected to wnd resstance,
• It s forbdden to nstall Hermetc comb (C type) to openngs provdng
clean ar to other unts!
2.2.3. Wall Installation of Combi and Selecting the Installation Place
It should be controlled and ensured that the wall nstallaton of the comb
s sound and relable.
The hanger plate gven as standard wth the comb should be nstalled
accordng to the technque to full or sem-full brck wall accordng to
nstallaton scheme and wth connecton screws and not to be used for
other purposes.
• In case of usng derent materals for nstallaton, comb shall be out of
the warranty scope.
If the wall of nstallaton s not a brck wall, ntally the relablty of support
system should be controlled.
Comb should be nstalled on a wall resstant to fre.
NOTICE: Combustble and corrosve materals:
Chemcally aggressve substances can corrode the applance and
nvaldate any guarantee.
Do not store or use any combustble materals (paper, thnners, pants,
propellants, cleanng agents etc.) Keep the dstance mnmum 50 mm.
Insde the cupboard contanng the applance or wthn the vcnty of the
applance.
1,8 - 2,2 m heght s recommended for nstallaton of the comb hanger
plate.
For places wth lmted nstallaton place, comb should be nstalled
at mnmum 30 cm heght from ground and by leavng at least 5 cm
dstances from both sdes n order to allow easy nterventon of the servce
techncan.
• Comb nstallaton must not performed n envronments contanng
explosve, flammable substances and acd fumes
Installaton cannot be made at near or on ovens, radators or heater
devces.
Hermetc combs can be nstalled n furntures but at least 5 cm each
should be left at both sdes.
If to be nstalled on the ktchen table or the set, at least 30 cm dstance
should be left under the comb.
It s recommended to connect the output to dran lne wth a transparent
hose aganst the possblty of water leakage from Safety Valve of comb
durng nstallaton. If ths s not possble; do not place electronc devces,
delcate, corrodble devces, components and tools under the comb.
Do not place/use any furntures below the comb due to above mentoned
reasons.
Make sure that there are no lquds or nflammable materals n the
mmedate vcnty of the boler.
It s necessary to leave a spesfc dstance 1.0 mt between the
heatng devce and the buldng materal contanng combustble materal
even the maxmum allowable temperature value of 85 °C n the rated heat
capacty of the applance s not exceeded.

2.2.4. Dimensions and Connections
2.2.5. Natural Gas and LPG Connection (Device Category I2H, II2H3P)
Our comb devces are manufactured to be operated wth methane gas
(G20) and L.P.G. Gas supply ppes should be equal to or hgher than 3/4"G
comb connectons. Pror to makng the gas connecton, a studous nternal
cleanng should be made to all fuel supply nstallaton ppe furnhshngs as
possble wastes may dstort smooth operaton and relablty of the comb.
It should be controlled whether the gas dstrbuted from the man lne s as
envsaged (see the table on the comb devce).
In case of havng derences, an nterventon should be made on the comb
and converted to other gas type (consult our authorzed servces n case
of gas change). Also, n case of beng nadequate, the network dynamc
pressure (methane or LPG) to be used for supplyng the comb should be
controlled regardng the mpact on comb strength and dcultes possble
for the user. Ensure the correctness of gas valve connecton. Flammable gas
supply ppe should be able to supply correct adequate gas amount to the
boler when the comb s at full power and be projected and szed accordng
to local gas company specfcaton and nstructons n order to guarantee the
devce ecency. Connecton system should comply wth legal regulatons.
2.2.6. Flammable Gas Quality
The comb s desgned to be used wth pure fuel not contanng any foregn
substances; therefore, requred flter systems must be avalable n the gas
supply lne (for ensurng purfcaton of the fuel).
2.2.7. In Case of Using LPG Tank
LPG use s recommended for heat requrements over 24 kW. New LPG stock
tanks may contan settled gas resdues (ntrogen) however, that pauperses
the mxture assgned to that devce and cause abnormal operatons.
- Varous alloy layers may be formed durng stockng LPG gas n tanks
dependng on mxture compostons. That causes a change n heatng power
of mxture assgned to the devce and changes ecency of the devce.
2.2.8. In Case of Using Bottled Gas
300 mmSS pressurzed hood should be used for LPG.
500 mmSS hood should not be used.
370 mmSS pressurzed hood should be used for Propane.
Do not place tubes at cold places havng rsk of snow for preventng frost
durng wnter months.
Do not place tubes n hot places contanng ovens, freplaces for preventng
dangers!
• Do not make connecton wth sngle tube and use LPG collector set for
double, trple uses.
The dstance between the collector and tube should be maxmum 125 cm.
Copper ppe nstallaton should not used for dstances longer than 125 cm.
Hose connecton ends should be tghtened wth clamp and no other tools
should be used.
Gas nstallaton rules wth use of LPG tank and ndustral tubes should
comply wth local standards and to be performed by expert nstallaton
teams and certfed by the company undertakng the constructon. In case
of falng to fulfl these condtons, comb shall not be commssoned by
Warmhaus Authorzed Servces.

2.2.10. Installation at Partially Protected Exteriors
Installaton nstructons: Ths comb can be nstalled n partally protected
exterors. Partally protected place means that the comb s located at places
wthout drect exposure to atmospherc factors and precptatons (ran,
snow, etc.).
Frost protecton: Comb devce s equpped wth a system that prevents frost
by automatcally actvatng the pump and boler when the nternal water s
lower than 5°C.
Frost protecton functon only depends on below gven condtons:
- If the comb s correctly connected to gas and electrcal sources;
- If the comb s suppled from gas and electrcty sources (f the man swtch
s open) n a fxed way;
- If the Comb s not n falure stuaton due to lack of gnton;
- In order to mantan crculaton of nstallaton water, nstallaton valves and
radator valves under the comb must be open.
Under these condtons, the comb s protected aganst frost up to -5°C
envronment temperature.
Lowest Temperature -5°C. In case the comb s nstalled n an envronment
wth a temperature lower than -5°C, and gas supply s nterrupted or passed
nto falure due to falng to make gnton, Frost Preventon System shall not

the heater frost protecton wth the matter.
Materals used for manufacturng the comb are resstant aganst glycol and
propylene based ant-frost lquds. Follow warnngs of suppler company
regardng ther lves and possble dsposals.
Frost / cng protecton of the comb s guaranteed only under these
condtons:
Damages arsng from falng to follow above mentoned ssues and
nterrupton of electrcty supply shall be excluded from valdty of the
warranty.
In case the comb devce s nstalled at places wth temperature lower than
0°C (both for tap water ad radator purposes) both radator nstallaton and
tap water ppes must be nsulated.
2.2.11. Electrical Connections
Electrcal safety of comb shall be realzed f completely connected to an
eectve earthng nstallaton that follows safety nstructons n force. No
earthng shall be made from the neutral lne on the socket for places not
havng earthng! It s dangerous and unacceptable to use gas and water
connecton ppes for earthng.
WARMHAUS A.Ş. cannot be held as responsble for any damages and
losses on ndvduals or commodtes arsng from falng to provde
earth connecton of the comb and not beng provded by a competent
electrcan n accordance wth drectves and standards n force.
Also, ensure that the electrcty nstallaton comples wth the maxmum power
to be suppled as ndcated n techncal specfcatons label on the comb. Comb
s gven wth "X" type socketless specal power source cables. "Warmhaus comb
has an IPX5D protecton level. Power supply cable should be connected by relyng
on earth connecton and L-N poles n a 230 V +%10; -%15 50Hz grd, hgh voltage
category 3rd class multple pole dsconnector should be envsaged on the same
grd. Apply out Authorzed Warmhaus Servce for replacement of the cable.
2.2.9. Filling the siphon for Condensation Line
After the wall hangng operaton of condensng comb, electrcal connectons,
radator lnes, hot tap water connectons and condensaton water dranage
lne are completed, condensaton sphon should be flled wth water (Fgure
9).
Condensaton lne dran lne mpermeablty should be mantaned.
However, pror to nstallaton of the flue bend of the sphon n the
comb, dscharge 1 ltre water to the nternal flue aganst the
possblty of flue gas leakage possblty at frst start. Thus, waste gas leakage
possblty shall be prevented wth the water avalable n sphon.
Slope of condensaton water hose and lne must be always towards down.
Attentons For Condensate Dran:
FAILURE TO INSTALL THE CONDENSATE DISCHARGE PIPEWORK
CORRECTLY WILL AFFECT THE RELIABLE OPERATION OF THE BOILER
1. Ensure the dscharge of condensate comples wth any natonal or local
regulatons n force.
2. The dscharge ppe should be run n a propretary dran ppe materal e.g.
PVC, PVC-U, ABS, PVC-C or PP.
3. Metal ppework s NOT sutable for use n condensate dscharge systems.
4. Any condensate dscharge ppework external to the buldng (or n an
unheated part of t e.g. garage) must be nsulated to protect aganst frost.
5. In all cases dscharge ppe must be nstalled to ad dsposal of the
condensate. To reduce the rsk of condensate beng trapped, as few bends
and fttngs as possble should be used.
6. When dschargng condensate nto a sol stack or waste ppe the eects
of exstng plumbng must be consdered. If sol ppes or waste ppes are
subjected to nternal pressure fluctuatons when WC's are flushed or snks
empted then back-pressure may force water out of the boler trap and
cause applance lockout.
7. Condensate outlet shall not be modfed or blocked always be downwards.

Power supply cable should follow the defned route. In case fuses on the
adjustment card are replaced, please use 2A or 3,15A speed type fuses.
In order to feed the devce from the general electrcty grd, adapter,
multple sockets and extenson cables are not allowed to use.
2.2.12. Optional Controls: Room Thermostat, Outside Sensor and Others
Room thermostat, Outsde Temperature Sensor, etc. control devces must be
connected to Warmhaus comb devces by the authorzed servce personnel;
n case connectons are performed by unauthorzed persons, comb warranty
shall be vod.
Room thermostat, Outsde Temperature Sensor, etc. control
devces are provded as optonal accessores for Warmhaus comb
devces and they must be Warmhaus approved.
Please follow user's nstructons for placement of Outsde Temperature
Sensor.
Ths sensor can be drectly connected to electrcal nstallaton of the comb,
and t automatcally reduces the maxmum return water temperature n the
nstallaton when exteror weather temperature rses for enablng functonng
accordng to outsde temperature changes sent to radator nstallaton.
Outsde Temperature Sensor s actvated when connected as ndependent
from the used room thermostat typology and functons as common wth
room thermostats. The relaton between nstallaton nput temperature and
exteror weather temperature s defned accordng to curves n the dagram
from poston of the button located on the panel of comb (or on the control
panel f connected to comb (Fgure 47).
Electrcal connecton of the Outsde weather temperature Sensor shall be
made to the termnals to whch the Whte & Whte cables of the Aux cable
connected to the electronc card of the boler are connected (Fgure 10).

2.3. HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION RULES
2.3.1. Radiator and DHW Installations
Radator ad ground heatng nstallaton should be constructed n accordance
wth legstaton n force techncal specfcatons and heat loss calculaton.
Radator type and amount and ground heatng nstallaton ppe amount
should comply wth the heat loss calculaton.
Radator nstallaton should be desgned as resstng to at least 6 bars.
If the cty grd pressure s hgher than 6,5 bars, pressure reducer must be
nstalled.
It s recommended to construct the radator nstallaton as double lne and
wthout usng bends and jonts as much as possble.
Straner flter must be nstalled n radator return and tap water (cty grd)
nput lne.
For example; as the radator cycle's 8 ltres expanson (24 kW) tank
can support maxmum (80 °C n radator system) 140 ltre and (55.C n
ground heatng system) 170 ltre nstallaton water expanson, addtonal
expanson tank should be used for larger nstallaton volumes. 170 ltre
nstallaton water expanson, addtonal expanson tank should be used for
larger nstallaton volumes.
If the room thermostat and thermostatc radator valve shall be used
together; thermostatc valve should not be nstalled n radators n the
place where room thermostat s avalable!
Cross connecton must be made for ecent functonng n radators
longer than 1,5 m.
Covers should be used for radator and hot tap water wall passages and
fxed wth wall clamps for preventng slopes n expansons due to heatng.
Comb can functon under mnmum 0,5 bar tap water pressure and that
corresponds to a very low flow rate and therefore, t shall not possble to
adjust the requested tap water temperature. For ths reason, tap water
lne should be nstalled at shortest dstance wth ppe havng at least ½”
nternal dameter and by usng bends as low as possble. At least 1 bar
pressurzed grd nput water should be suppled for acqurng the comfort
requested n the hot tap water. Hydrophore should be used f requred.
• Pror to fllng the radator nstallaton, t must be flushed and all wastes
must be cleaned!
Warnng: In order to prevent nvaldty of devce warranty pror to
makng comb connectons, clean resdues lkely to be occurred n
man heat exchangers (ppes, heater assembly, etc.) va dssolvent
or equal substances, otherwse they wll negatvely aect functonng of the
comb. In order to prevent lme scales n the radator nstallaton and therefore
faulty operaton of nstallaton, follow rules envsaged by standards regardng
domestc tap water and radator nstallatons.
Warnng: It s recommended to nstall a Ant-Lme Kt for preventng
occurrence of lme scales at places where water hardness s hgher
than 25 French degree n order to protect servce lfe and ecency
of the hot tap water heat exchanger.
2.3.2. Filling/Emptying Radiator Installation
Ensure that the pressure reaches to 1-1,5 bar n the Manometer ndcated wth
G symbol by rotatng the Fll Tap counter clockwse that s ndcated wth
F symbol n Lower Fgure 7 for fllng the closed crcut radator nstallaton
after nstallaton of the and close the Fllng Tap by rotatng clockwse and
dscharge ar of radators va ar dscharge valves.
Comb safety valve dscharge should be connected to a dscharge funnel.
Otherwse, safety valve shall be actvated and manufacturer shall not be
responsble due to water dscharge to the place of devce.
Dschargng the Condensaton Water
For dschargng the condensaton water produced by the devce, t should
be connected to waste water grd va at least Ø 24 mm ppes resstant to
acdc condensaton waters. Connecton of the devce wth waste water grd
should be made as preventng frost of the lqud contaned n the connecton
nstallaton. Pror to startng the devce, ensure that the condensaton
water s correctly dscharged; then verfy that the sphon s flled through
condensaton at frst start (parag. 2.2.10). Also, nstructons n force, natonal
and local arrangements should be taken nto consderaton for dscharge of
waste waters.

As Prwa and PrwaPlus combs are equpped wth 3 a pump havng 3 speed
levels and Prwa ErP, Prwa ErP Plus, Enerwa and EnerwaPlus combs are
equpped wth a pump havng frequency converter, t should be controlled that
the pump ensures requred flow rate dependng on the crtc lne pressure loss.
2.3.4. Controls for Initial Operation of Combi
In order to keep the comb wthn scope of warranty; frst start must be
performed by Warmhaus Authorzed Servce. Below gven ntal preparatons
should be performed pror to authorzed servce appontment request:

exhaust gas dscharge devce made of plastc materal. Plastc channels
cannot be nstalled wthout sutable protecton aganst UV and weather
condtons to dstances over 40 cm and exterors. Every ppe s defned wth
an explanatory and dscrmnatve Warmhaus mark mentoned n remarks.

G31 : CO2-content; 10.00 % (tolerance : +%0,5 / -0,5 %)
maximum allowable draught and maximum allowable
pressure dierence between combustion air inlet and
flue gas outlet (including wind pressures); 120 Pa.
characteristics and the applications of the duct system
to which the boiler can be connected; condensate flow
into the appliance is not allowed. Maximum allowable
temperature of combustion air; 40 C° maximum allowable
recirculation rate of 10 % under wind conditions.
Attention: The terminals for the supply of combustion air
and for the evacuation of combustion products shall not
be installed on opposite walls of the building.

No place of the output flue should be blocked and not prevent other
connectons. If the output ppe passes 1000 mm nearby of a plastc or panted
groove or 500 mm of panted frnges, an alumnum sheld wth at least 1000
mm length should be placed below the groove or frnge. Output ppe should
be at least 2 m over surfaces those may be reached by ndvduals.
Under certan weather condtons, output ppe may emt water vapour;
nstallaton should not be performed at places where ths vapour may cause
dscomfort.

Attention: The mnmum usable dameter must not
be under 80 mm or equvalent for the vertcal duct
supplyng the combuston ar.

Information for the design of the common duct system for a type C(10) boiler
a) The boler s desgned to become connected to a common duct system that s desgned to operate
where the statc pressure n the common flue duct mght exceed the statc pressure n the common ar
duct by 25 Pa under the condton that n-1 bolers are runnng at maxmum nomnal heat nput (Qn,max)
and 1 boler at the mnmum heat nput allowed by the controls
b) combuston product mass flow rate at maxmum nomnal heat nput are gven techncal table.
c) combuston product mass flow rate at mnmum heat nput allowed by the controls are gven techncal
table.
d) G20 : CO2 or O2 content of the combuston products at nomnal operatng condtons 9 % ( +0,5/-0,5 )

General for connection of a type C(10) boiler to a common duct system
Characterstcs and the applcatons of the common duct system to whch the boler can be connected,
wth at least the followng nformaton:
a) the flue duct system shall be CE marked and comply wth EN 15502 standart 12.2.1.4.111.2;
b) nomnal combuston products temperature for dmensonng the common duct system shall be
declared as 25 °C;
c) the combuston product mass flow rate at maxmum heat nput shall be specfed for every connecton
pont; the termnal of the common duct shall be desgned to nduce a draft;
d) condensate flow nto the boler s allowed;
e) maxmum allowable recrculaton rate of 10 % under wnd condtons;
f) the maxmum allowable pressure derence between combuston product nlet and ar outlet of the
common duct system shall not be exceeded when n-1 bolers are runnng at maxmum nomnal heat
nput (Qn,max) and 1 boler at the mnmum heat nput allowed by the controls;
g) the common flue duct shall be approprate for an overpressure of at least 200 Pa;
h) the duct system shall not nclude a draft dverter.
Warning: the boler f t s nstalled as a C (10) boler and IF / when the boler s dsconnected the ar
outlet and the combuston product nlet openngs shall be closed and checked on tghtness.

Exhaust gases should be prevented from enterng flue ventlaton spaces.
Flue system of comb may be nstalled from nsde the room wthout requrng
nterventon from the external wall. For that reason, a housng should be
nstalled n the wall for lnng the nternal surface of channel wheren the
output ppe passes through the wall, partcularly for thck walls.

Connectng Horzontal Homocentrc Flue Set to the Comb, (orgnal
dameter DN 60/100 mm)
Snce your comb s hermetc model, t takes the used ar from exteror and
dscharges exhaust gases created as the result of burnng through the same
flue group. In order to prevent emsson of excessvely harmful exhaust gases,
flue usage and nstallaton s very mportant, therefore warnngs should be
taken nto consderaton when flue connectons are beng performed.
Make requred flue selecton for the flue connecton to be made externall
and nstallaton place of the comb. If the standard flue set s not
adequate, please select most sutable elements from our lst of connecton
accessores consderng warnngs gven n our user's gude.
Fx the flange under the Bend pece (1) by usng the Flange Bolt (10) va
Flange Connecton Screws (11) to holes on the comb.
2 mpermeablty bolts wthn the hermetc flue set (2) are placed nto
nternal ppe slots at both ends of the 90° Bend.
Place the exteror wall (EPDM) bolt nto the flue termnal as seen n Fgure
19 for groupng the flue output termnal. After placng the flue output
termnal through exteror of wall and the prevously opened hole, fx the
Interor Wall Connecton Bolt (7) nto the flue termnal.

placement of gaskets:
• Clck-ft gasket for concentrc extenson ppes
and bends. In order to connect possble
extenson connectons of exhaust gas flues
wth other elements of flues: Connect from
concentrc ppe or concentrc bend male
part (flat) to female part of the prevous
pece (gasket sde), n such case ensure that
requred stamp s placed, therefore the pece
mantanng tghtness and the set shall be
combned.
When t s requred to shorten the
dscharge flue and/or extenson,
consder that nternal ppe should
protrude 5 mm when compared wth the external
ppe.
For securty purposes, comb sucton /
