C Type (hermec) devices are not suitable for external environment installaon. It should be
within in the building.
The air/ue terminal must be exposed to the external air and allow free passage of air cross it
at all mes.
• The ue ducts are always wet.
• Under cold or excessive humid weather condions the water vapor
inside the waste gas may condensate while leaving the ue.
- In case of gas leakage, it is necessary to vent the installaon room according to naonal and local
requirements, although the room sealed operaon boilers are independent of room volume and
venlaon.
- The minimum acceptable dimensions from the terminal to obstrucons an venlaon openings
must obey naonal and local requirements.
- All horizontally ed ducts (air/ue) should be ed 2° or 3° upwards incline to allow condensate
water drain to the boiler.
DANGER: For room sealed operaon, the boiler locaon and air/ue termina
posion must obey naonal and local requirements, gas safety regulaons
and relevant standarts.
DANGER: Do not block the air vents which provide fresh air to the
installaon room.

Mounng The Boiler
Having determined the boiler locaon,
• The points of lock screws of wall bracket and assembly bracket are marked by using the assembly
template inside installaon and users operang instrucons of the device (pages 40-41). The
mounng bracket is an oponal part.
Aer drilling the marked points, wall assembly bracket and assembly bracket are xed on the wall
by the dowel and lock screws which are inside the packaging of the device.
Finally, the boiler is hanged on the wall by placing the assembly bracket on the back side of the
boiler on the mounng bracket assembled on the wall.

CONNECTIONS
Condensate Connecon
• All condensing boilers generate condensing discharge. The amount
of the condensate water depends on the working condions of your
appliance. This can be up to 1.7 litres condensate water an hour.
- The plasc pipe should be xed to the outlet pipe of the siphon and the pipe should be connected
to drain line. 1) If naonal and local requirements do not allow this such a connecon, the outlet pipe
of the siphon should be open to connecon and should not be closed/blocked.
- If the pipe work is not terminated within the building, the pipe must be insulated against freezing.
- The connecon pipes and ngs must be made of plasc material only.
- All horizontal parts must be connected at a slight or downwards incline to ensure to a good
ow.
