Activate Pair Modes Need Help?

engage the battery and activate the
key fob.
The Key Fob works as a remote control within your SwannOne system, offering a quick
and convenient way for you to activate Home, Away or Night mode with a press of a
button. You can also alert family members on your contact list if you require assistance
with the Panic button.

Customizable modes
The Home, Away and Night security mode profiles for
your SwannOne system can be customizable via the
SwannOne app or web platform.
If you're using the SwannOne app, simply press and
hold any of the Mode buttons on the home screen and
then select "Manage Modes" from the popup menu.
If you're using the SwannOne web platform
(home.swannone.com), simply select "Manage Modes"
located above the Mode buttons on your dashboard.

If the Key Fob is not connecting as expected, try performing a hard reset by pressing and
holding the Connect button until the status LED blinks rapidly.
If the key fob is not connecting as expected, perform a key fob reset by pressing and
holding the Connect button until the status LED blinks rapidly, and then try pairing the
key fob again.
1 Sign in to your SwannOne account at
home.swannone.com.
2 From your web account dashboard, go to
My Devices > Key Fobs and add a device.
3 When the Setup page appears, put your
Smart Hub in pairing mode by selecting
Learn devices.
4 Press the Connect button on the key fob.
The LED blinks once. When pairing is
complete, the status LED blinks twice.
Check the Setup page to confirm the key
fob was paired successfully, and then finish
the setup process by following the on-screen
instructions.
