INSTALLING THE ROLL-OUT SYRUP TANK OR THE NINE BAG-IN-BOX STANDS
1. Assemble the Syrup Pumps to the rear of the mounting plate (Nine Bag-in-Box Stand only).
2. Place stand in a desired location. Adjust feet to level and stabilize.
NOTE: If the Roll-out Syrup Tank Tray is used, adjust the stand height so rear tray stops do not drag on stand side rails.
INSTALLING THE SUPPORT STANDS
1. Place Stand Assembly approximately 8” (20.3 cm) from the wall where the
equipment will be located.
2. Attach the Wall Anchor Brackets to the rear corner posts of the Stand
Assembly using supplied screws and nuts. Level the Stand Assembly using
the adjustable floor levelers.
3. Note where the rear flanges of the Wall Anchor Brackets align with the wall
surface. if the brackets can be securely attached directly to the wall, do so
with appropriate fasteners. Masonry walls will require anchors in drilled holes.
Stud framed walls may need a horizontal 2” x 4”stringer secured to the wall
and anchored with lag screws into the wall studs. Secure the wall brackets to
the stringer with 1” screws (provided).
NOTE: You must properly secure the stand to the wall to ensure safety.
4. Remove all protective film from stainless surfaces.
5. While the stand has been designed and built to eliminate burrs and sharp
edges, verify that all edges are smooth. Use a file to remove any burrs that
may have escaped the factory inspection.
MOUNTING THE MULTIPLEX REFRIGERATION UNITS TO THE STAND
1. Position the refrigeration unit on the stand and align holes in the unit base with holes in stand top. The water bath drain
should be over the large rectangular hole in the stand top.

2803 will mount flush with the front and left side of the 2811 stand. Models 38 and 44 refrigeration units can be mounted to a 2811
stand flush with the front, but will overhang on either or both sides of the stand.
2. The stand 's installation package includes appropriate screws for securing the refrigeration unit to the stands. Only two (2)
screws are required to keep the unit from shifting position on the stand. Model 11, 38, 44, or 50 Refrigeration Unit onto a
Model 4450 Stand Use two (2) 5/ 8 “ x 1” screws in diagonally and opposite corners.
NOTE: The phrase "diagonally and opposite corners" means the front left and right rear or the front right and left rear corner of the stand.

of the stand top.
NOTE: Unit may overhang on the side of the stand in either direction or may be centered with equal overhang on both sides.
Attaching the C02 tank security chain to the stand
1. The C0
2 Tank Security Chain assembly may be attached to either end of the stand.
2. Assemble by inserting the shank of the center eyebolt through the center hole in the end of the stand top. Use a flat washer
and locking hex nut on both sides of the hole as shown in figure 5.
