How do you keep your printer out of sight?
The printer under your desk can be hidden as a first resort. A shelf beneath the desk is one of the storage
solutions available in some desk designs. These handy shelves may keep the printer at a handy location that is
also out of the way, allowing you to sit at the desk in comfort.
This needs to be mounted 18 inches high. I have an 8-inch-high printer. Can the height of this stand be
changed to 9 inches?
Sure, you can change the height to 9 inches; there are numerous ways to change the height. See the numerous
height possibilities mentioned in the first customer review, which is provided below. The smallest height option is
3.25 inches, and you can increase it by small increments using the included extensions, etc. to reach the desired
height; the largest height option is 14″.
The drawer is detached from other components when I receive the shelf. No instructions are provided for
assembly. Can anybody assist?
My experience was precisely the same. It is still dispersed from the stand on the floor. When I phoned customer
support, no one picked up the phone, and they didn’t return my call when I left a message.
I have 11.5 inches under my desk for a trolley. This states that it is movable. Will it lower itself to that
level?
Sure, if you don’t use the extension pieces, you can lower the cart’s height to 11.5 inches. This was recently
purchased and assembled by me. To utilize the scanner on top of my printer, I needed to lower it low enough
under the desk. I experimented with various height arrangements. The height came out to exactly 11.5 inches
when I used both shelves (1.25 inches each), the supports (7 inches), and the wheels (2 inches).
Is a portion necessary to hold the drawer in place? The drawer won’t operate for me.
My assembly process appeared straightforward enough that I hardly read the directions. It was erroneous. I had
to restart since I was unable to insert the drawer. So, it might be that or you might be missing a component. Go
back and thoroughly review the directions. It seems contradictory to me when something appears to be supposed
to go a specific way. But once I actually read the instructions, it did fit together.
I need to buy four replacement casters and the caps they fit into. Where can I get these?
We apologize; we do not sell the caps and the casters individually.
Is it safe to sit near a printer?
While that coughing coworker should still be avoided, you should also avoid sitting next to the printer because its
