This guide instructs you on how to download the Cisco Webex for Cox Business app to your PC or mobile
device.
Caution: Do not attempt to log into Cisco Webex before the Cox order is completed.
Important: If you have an existing Cisco Webex account with your Cox Business email,
please visit Cancel Your Webex Plan to delete the account before you upload the new
app.
How do I download Cisco Webex for Cox
Business on my mobile device?
You have two options to download the Cisco
Webex app to your mobile device.
Follow the steps below or scan the barcode.
(Figure 1.)
1. Enter Cisco Webex in your app's search
field and tap the Webex Business app.
(Note: There are multiple Cisco Webex
apps, so be sure you select Webex
Business.)
2. Tap the download icon .
3. When the download is finished, tap the
Open button. (Figure 1.) (Note: If you
see a Get started button, tap it to
advance to the next screen.)
4. Enter your MyAccount email address
(which will be your username) and tap
the Next button. (Figure 2.)
Result: The Cox password screen
appears*. (Figure 3.)
5. Enter and re-enter your MyAccount
password and tap the Submit button to
access the app.
*If you do not see the Cox password screen, do not
proceed. Contact technical support at 1-866-597-5306.
