Operating instructions

Bticino F470/1 is a 1-Relay Radio Actuator that can be used with other Bticino radio devices, both in a traditional system to add automation features and within a Bticino My Home system. The device can be controlled directly with radio controls or via its local pushbutton. For the traditional system, the device can be used to turn lights on or off, while in the My Home system, it can also be controlled with wired system controls. The device features a yellow LED indicator that lights up when the load is active or during programming, and flashes to indicate a configuration error. It supports various load types and has a maximum current rating of 10A for resistive loads, making it suitable for a range of applications.

TECHNICAL DATA
This radio device can be used, together with other Bticino radio devices, in
both a traditional system
(to add house-automation
functions) and
a Bticino My Home system
to make full use of the bene ts of radio technology in a mixed radio-wire bus
system.
If the F470/1 actuator is used in a traditional system it can be controlled directly by radio controls or by means of the local micro
pushbutton on the device. If instead it is used in a My Home system, as well as being directly controlled by radio controls and
by means of the local micro pushbutton, it can also be controlled by the system’s wire controls (by means of the transmitting
interface L/N/NT4576N HC/HS4576).

CONFIGURATION
8
The F470/1 radio actuator can be used in both a traditional system and a
My Home system. In both cases it must be programmed.
Confi guration is only necessary for use in a My Home system.
The F470/1 radio actuator can be controlled by radio control devices such as remote control item 3527, transmitting radio interface
L/N/NT4576N, HC/HS4576 and radio control item L4572.
When used in a traditional system
, the device can be used to switch lights ON and OFF. The sockets of confi gurators A, PL and
G are not used.
When used in a My Home system
,
at least positions A and PL must be confi gured. The group of belonging G can only be confi gured
if A and PL are confi gured as well. If a PUL confi gurator is inserted in the MOD position, the actuator ignores the Area and General
commands.
Radio actuator F470/1 performs all the basic modes of operation which can be directly confi gured on the radio control devices,
apart from those which use interlocked relays. If the confi guration is wrong, once the actuator is connected, the LED ashes
continuously.
T
he confi guration operations must be performed with the actuator switched OFF.
9
PROGRAMMING
1) Switch on the device.
2) Keep the micro pushbutton pressed until the LED lights up (about 4 seconds).
3) Release the key.
4) Within 20 seconds send the signal from the radio control device to be programmed.
Example:
For remote control item 3527 press the key to be associated with the actuator.
5) The LED fl ashes and then goes out, indicating that programming has taken place.
6) Repeat the sequence of operations from point 2 to point 5 for all the radio control devices to be programmed (max. 16).
10
CANCELLING
This operation cancels all the radio control devices previously programmed in the actuator.
1)
Switch on the device.
2)
Keep the micro pushbutton pressed for 11 seconds (after 4 seconds the LED switches ON, after another 7 seconds the LED
switches OFF).
3)
Release the key.
4)
The LED ashes and then goes out, indicating that all the radio control devices previously programmed in the actuator have been
cancelled.
