Bticino F470/2 is a 2-relay radio actuator that can be used in both traditional and My Home Bticino systems to add home automation functionalities or to create a mixed radio-wire bus system. The device can be controlled by radio controls or by means of the local micro pushbuttons on the device. It can be used to operate blinds, rolling shutters, light points, or similar loads. The two relays can work in an interlocked mode or independently, depending on the configuration.

TECHNICAL DATA
This radio device can be used, together with other Bticino radio devices, in
both a traditional system
(to add house-automation
functions) and
a Bticino My Home system
to make full use of the benefi ts of radio technology in a mixed radio-wire bus
system.
If the F470/2 actuator is used in a traditional system it can be controlled directly by radio controls or by means of the local micro
pushbuttons on the device. If instead it is used in a My Home system, as well as being directly controlled by radio controls and
by means of the local micro pushbuttons, it can also be controlled by the system’s wire controls (by means of the transmitting
interface L/N/NT4576N HC/HS4576).

CONFIGURATION
8
The F470/2 radio actuator can be used in both a traditional system and a
My Home system. In both cases it must be
programmed.
When used in a traditional system
, the device can only be used to operate blinds, rolling shutters or similar loads. The
working of the two relays is interlocked and no con guration is necessary apart from, possibly, the mode M confi gurator. In
this mode of use the device can be controlled by radio control devices such as, for example, radio remote control 3527 or
radio control L4572.

PROGRAMMING
1) Switch on the device.
2) Keep the left micro pushbutton pressed until the left LED lights up (about 4 seconds).
3) Release the key.
4) Within 20 seconds send the signal from the radio control device to be programmed.
Example:
For remote control item 3527 press the key to be associated with the actuator.
5) The left LED fl ashes and then goes out, indicating that programming has taken place.
6) Repeat the sequence of operations from point 2 to point 5 for all the radio control devices to be programmed (max. 16).
10
CANCELLING
This operation cancels all the radio control devices previously programmed in the actuator.
1)
Switch on the device.
2)
Keep the left micro pushbutton pressed for 11 seconds (after 4 seconds the left LED switches ON, after another 7 seconds the left LED switches
OFF).
3)
Release the key.
4)
The left LED ashes and then goes out, indicating that all the radio control devices previously programmed in the actuator have been cancelled.

When used in a My Home system
,
the device can be used not only to operate blinds or rolling shutters, but also to control light points. In this
mode of use, the actuator can be controlled by radio control devices such as, for example, radio remote control L4572 or transmitting radio
interface item L/N/NT4576N HC/HS4576. In My Home systems, at least positions A, PL1 and PL2 must be con gured.
If con gurators PL1 and PL2 are the same, the actuator is con gured to operate blinds and rolling shutters and the two relays are
interlocked.

As an alternative to being used to operate rolling shutters, the actuator can be used to control one or two light points. If position PL2 is confi gured
the two relays are used independently. If, instead, position PL2 is not confi gured then just one relay is used. To set this mode at least A and PL1
must be confi gured.
