Introduction
Overview
This product is a 1080P ultra-wide-angle USB webcam. It supports auto
color-correction and white balance which makes the light always look
great in the stream. Its built-in auto noise reducing mic can pick up
realistic sound from multiple angles within the distance of 3m and make
the sound clear.
It is fully compatible with most operating systems like Windows 7/8/10,
Mac OS, Android OS and Chrome OS. It can work with popular calling (e.g.
Skype, Zoom) and streaming platforms (e.g. OBS, YouTube) for
applications including video conferencing and live streaming.
Features
Supports MJPG, YUY2 and H.264 video compression format to be
compatible with most application platforms.
Supports video resolutions up to 1080P@30Hz.
85° Wide-angle distortion-less lens support to capture more people
and surroundings for better performance.
Fixed focus lens shows excellent image with the depth of field
ranges from 0.3m to 5m during live streaming or video
conferencing.
Built-in auto noise reducing mic to make the sound clear and to
allow for sound pick-up within the distance of 3m.
Supports UC and web conferencing platform like Skype, Zoom,
WebEx, etc.

Troubleshooting
1. How to deal with image dithering after the USB camera is
properly installed?
Check and ensure the USB camera is installed firmly in a
location.
Remove vibrating apparatus or objects nearby (if any) so to
prevent potential interferences on the USB camera.
