Please read instructions before commencing installation and retain for future reference.

(This ceiling fan can be installed with a remote control).

To ensure that you get maximum longevity and maximum use out of your fan, please observe

the following.safety instructions.

Electrical products can cause death, injury, or damage to property.

Installation must be carried out by a qualied electrician, in accordance with SAN10142.

PLEASE ensure that your power supply is turned off.

Before connecting this remote control, ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating label

corresponds with the mains voltage in your home. The manufacturer / supplier is not responsible for

any damaged of properties and persons, caused by the incorrect use or installation of the fan / remote.

Do not use the fan / remote control outdoors, in wet conditions or areas of high humidity.

Ensure all items / components, threads and screws are tightly secured.

IMPORTANT

Tampering with this fan / remote control – I.E. Using silicone sealers or incorrect cabling, will invalidate

the warranty. This fan / remote control is checked in full for conformity to the quality standards and

safety requirements.

Ensure the wires of the push in plugs are in the same conguration as the fan. Ensure the Live, neutral

and earth are connect correctly.

Fan to remote = green to green: brown to brown: black to black: Blue to blue.

If for any reason the wires do not correspond to each other a new connection should be made using a

terminal block. This electric product is in accordance with the relevant safety requirements.

Repairs and installation should only be carried out by qualied persons using original spare parts; or

the warranty for fan and remote will be void.
