C-QRS QUICK RELEASE SLIDE
C-3065-3 TILT/SWIVEL ADAPTER
TOOLS REQUIRED:
Phillips screwdriver
HARDWARE:

3 #8 x ¾” Phillips sheet metal screws GSM33189
Note: Order C-QRS Quick Release and C-3065-3 Tilt Swivel separately.
Always!
Read all instructions before installing any Havis, Inc. products.
Check for obstructions (Wire, brake lines, fuel tank, etc.) before drilling any holes!
Use hardware provided with install kit
Turn keyboard over to
access screws
Remove (3) screws as
shown.
Attach backing plate to
keyboard using #8 x ¾” sheet
metal screws.

Tighten all screws
Line up C-QRS slide plate with
nutserts in backing plate and attach
using 8-32 x ½” Phillips flat head
machine screws. Discard 8-32
keps nuts that held assembly
Attach slide guide bracket to
C-3065-3 using (4) 10-32 x
½” Phillips machine screws
and keps nuts. Be sure to
mount correct for proper tilt.

C-SM-SA-1 Swing Arm
Adapter for Stout Mount &
Standard 9” Wide Consoles)
Assembled slide guide bracket
Final assembly
Turn over keyboard, pull to
release knob and slide
keyboard with plate onto
assembled slide guide
bracket.
