1. S14II FRONT LEAK AG E
1.1 General
Cause
our customer use the high pressure water jet to clean the front surface of the display, lead
to water leakage between the interface of the LED and potting.
Solution
Give detailed method of how to clean the display
1. Switch off the display,Seal up the data and power sockets using a pow er and data linking
cable. Make sure that all plug holder clamps are locked firmly.
2. Brush down all dirt on the LED’s and the shaders using a soft hand brush. Caution: Do
not use a hard bristled brush.
3. Spray cold water onto the shader surface according to the following specifications
- Nozzle: 6.3 mm
- Minimum distance: 3 m
-Maximumpressure:25kPa
-Maximumflow rate: 10 l/min
4. Equally spray water over the whole surface of the display.
5. Repeat from step two until the tile is clean
6. Blow the surface dry with compressed air.
WARNING: Do not constantly spray on the same spot of the display. Use
big movements to go over the same spot several times.
