Remove the main outer cover from the
EATON MEMERA CONSUMER UNIT
1. Remove the Busbar from the transit holder.
2. Fix the back plate to the wall using the keyhole Fixings
CAUTION: DO NOT BEND & RE-STRAIGHTEN THE BUSBAR
When fi tting the Busbar into the isolator ensure that the fl exible
live connector is fi tted beneath the busbar in the box clamp.
Fit the busbar Shield into the base and
over the unprotected Busbar.
Fit the busbar Shield into the base and
over the unprotected Busbar.
Remove the appropriate “Knockouts” for cable entry.
Cut the Busbar to the desired length (number of ways
plus one tongue) the raised “Dog leg portion of the
busbar must be fi tted to the Main Switch. Ensure the full
portion between tongues is removed and discarded.

Fit the Busbar/s: Ensure all terminals are fully open before installing
the busbar, tighten all connections to the specifi ed torques.
Apply the Instruction Label & RCD resetting instructions
(where applicable) to the inside of the door.
Affi x the required main circuit identifi cation labels
& Sub circuit identifi cation for RCD protected
circuits, for split loads cut as required.
