Method 1: Instructions for pairing with Smart Life/Tuya app

2Select “Socket (Wi-Fi)”

under the “Electricial”

tab.

Download and register

an account on the

Smart Life or Tuya App.

Then select “+”.

Follow the steps & check

that the light is flashing

quickly. If not press and

hold RESET button for 5

secs until it flashes

quickly.

Now wait until the

Smart Plug is discovered.

Once the Smart Plug is

discovered, rename it:

“Living Room Curtains”

(for example) and

Select “Done”.

Please note that you need to

pair each device one at a time.

Please ensure that your WIFI

connection is on 2.4 GHz

Enter your WIFI credentials

to connect to your home

network. Please ensure that

the WIFI network is 2.4 GHz.

Method 2: Instructions for pairing with Smart Life/Tuya app

2Select “Socket (Wi-Fi)”

under the “Electricial”

tab.

Download and register

an account on the

Smart Life or Tuya App.

Then select “+”.

Please note that you need to

pair each device one at a time.

Please ensure that your WIFI

connection is on 2.4 GHz

Select “Go to Connect”

and then select

“SmartLife-XXXX” in your

device’s WIFI settings.

Finally go back to the

app to continue

Once the Smart Plug is

discovered, rename it to

your desired name and

Select “Done”.

Follow the steps &

check that the light is

flashing SLOWLY If not
