To charge the Portable Power Pack:
1. Connect the small end of the included Micro USB cable to the Micro
USB input charging port on the Portable Power Pack.
2. Connect the large end of the included Micro USB cable to an available
USB port on your computer or an AC power adapter (not included).
3. The LED power level status lights will flash while the Portable Power
Pack is charging.
4. The LED power level status lights will all light up solid BLUE when fully
charged (approx. 6-8 hours).
5. When done charging, remove the cable from the ports.
Checking the capacity of the Portable Power Pack:
Press the [ ] button to check the power capacity. The power level status
LEDs will light up according to available power capacity.
This product as supplied and distributed new by AIT, Inc. (“AIT”) to the original consumer purchaser
is warranted by AIT against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from your
date of purchase (“Warranty”).
In the unlikely event that this product is defective, or does not perform properly, you may within one year
from your original date of purchase return it to the authorized service center for repair or exchange.
TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:
Call the Customer Support number located below, or go to our website portal to receive an SRO
number.
Provide proof of the date of purchase within the package (Dated bill of sale).
Prepay all shipping costs to the authorized service center, and remember to insure your return.
Include a return shipping address (no P.O. Boxes), a telephone contact number, and the defective
unit within the package.
Describe the defect or reason you are returning the product.
Your product will be repaired or replaced, at our option, for the same or similar model of equal value
if examination by the service center determines this product is defective. Products received damaged
as a result of shipping, will require you to file a claim with the carrier.

To charge two or three devices with the Portable Power Pack:
If you are trying to charge two or three devices at the same time, the devices
you are charging must have over 30 percent capacity. If you have two or three
devices plugged into the Portable Power Pack and the devices are not
charging, then follow these steps:
1. Unplug devices from the Portable Power Pack.
2. Plug the Portable Power Pack back into a charging source for 10 seconds
or more to restart it.
3. Charge one device at a time.
4. Once your devices are over 30 percent capacity you can charge them at the
same time.
NOTE: Some newer smartphones require the charging Amperage of
tablets. If the Portable Power Pack will not charge two or three devices each
time you try, then repeat steps one through three above and always charge
them one at a time.
Activating the LED Flashlight
To use the LED flashlight, double press the [ ] button to turn it on. Double
press again to turn it off.

To charge devices with the Portable Power Pack:
1. Connect the USB end of your device’s charging cable to a USB output
charging port on the Portable Power Pack.
2. Connect the other end of your device’s charging cable to your device’s
charging port (please refer to your device’s user guide for charging
instructions). You can charge up to three devices at the same time.
NOTE: The Portable Power Pack shares a total of 2.1A power output between
the three USB output ports. If you charge one device, the output will be 2.1A.
If you charge two devices, it will split the 2.1A between the two devices; if
you charge three devices, it will split the 2.1A between the three devices.
3. Press the [ ] button to start charging your devices.
4. Use your device’s battery indicator to determine when the device is fully
charged.
5. When your device is fully charged, remove the cable from the ports.
USING THE POWER PACK
The 2.1A Portable Power Pack is suitable for charging
tablets and larger smartphones. If a tablet or large
screen smartphone is being charged, it is recommended
to charge only this device. If three devices are being
charged at the same time, they should be smaller
devices such as smartphones, MP3 players, wireless
headphones, etc.
