2. Turnthetray(Ref.1)upsidedownandsupportateach
endwithtwoboxesortwosawhorses.
3. Slidethehandleextension(Ref.5)intoendsofupper
handle(ref.4)andalignholes.
4. Positionhandle assemblyontray as showninparts
drawing.Insertonecarriagebolt(Ref.9)throughone
oftheholesattherearofthetrayandonthroughthe
handleassembly.
5. Holdachannelleg(Ref.6)sothatthetwoholesforthe
legbracearetowardtherearofthetray.Looselysecure
thechannelleg(Ref.6)tothecarriageboltinstalledin
step4usingoneatwasher(Ref.13),lockwasher(Ref.
14)andhexnut(Ref.12).
6. Repeatstep5fortheotherchannelleg.
7. PlaceoneU-clamp(Ref.8)attheendofonehandle
extensionandalignholes.Insertacarriagebolt(Ref.
9)throughaholeatthefrontofthetrayandthrough
theU-clamp,thehandleextensionandthefronthole
inthechannelleg.Securelooselywithoneatwasher
(Ref.13),lockwasher(Ref.14)andhexnut(Ref.12).
8. Repeatstep7fortheothersideoftray.
9. Slideaxle(Ref.3)throughbothU-clampsandcenter
axlelefttoright.
10. Placeawheel(Ref.2)andalargeatwasher(Ref.11)
ontooneendofaxle.Assembleacotterpin(Ref.15)
toaxle.
11. Repeatstep10forotherendofaxle.
12. Attachlegbrace(Ref.7),asshown,tochannellegswith
fourhexbolts(Ref.10),lockwashers(14)andhexnuts
(12).
13. Tightenallnutssecurelyusingwrenches.
