ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
4. (Figure 3) Assemblethehitchbrackettothetongue
usingtwohexbolts(C)andhexnuts(I).Tighten.
5. (Figure 3) Assemble the hitch pin (L) through the
tongueandhitchbracketandsecureitwith the hair
cotter pin (J).
6. (Figure 4) Laythetongue(opensidefacingup)onto
thewheelsupport.Assembletheaxlethroughthewheel
supportandthetongue.
7. (Figure 5) Assembleanaxleclip(N),awasher(E),
a wheel withthe valve stem facingout, and another
washer(E)ontotheaxle.Securetheminplacewitha
1/8”x1-1/4”cotterpin(K).Repeatforotherwheel.
8. (Figure 6) Assemblethelatchstandplateandthelatch
standbracketatthefrontofthetrayusingfourhexbolts
(A)andhexnuts(F).Thealigningtabonthebottomof
thelatchstandbracketmustbetowardstherearofthe
cart. Tighten.
9. (Figure 7) Placethetrayontothewheelsupportand
positionitsothatthelatchstandbracketlocksintothe
latchlocklever.Fastenthetraytothewheelsupport
usingeighthexbolts(B)andhexnuts(G).Tighten.

1. Verifythatallpartsandallfasteners(shownfullsize)on
page2areincludedinthecartonandpartsbag.Refer
to page 2 to identify fasteners used in the following
instructions.
2. (Figure 1) Placethelatchlockleverthroughtheslot
inthetongue.Assemblethehexbolt(D)throughthe
tongue,thelever,andtwohexnuts(H)placedoneach
sideofthelever.Assemblethehexnut(G)ontothe
endof the hex bolt (D)and tighten sothat the hex
bolt(D)canstillrotatefreely.Tightenthetwohexnuts
(H)againsteachsideoftheleversothattheleveris
centeredintheslot.
3. (Figure 2) Hooktheshortendofthespring(M)into
theholeinthelatchlocklever.Usethespringpullertool
(O)tohookthelongendofthespringintothesquare
holeinthetongue.Thespringpullertoolcanbestored
whennished.

2. Usetheslopeguideprovidedonpage7ofthismanual
todeterminewhetherslopeangleistoosteepforsafe
operation.
3. Forbesthandlingandtraction,distributetheweightof
theloadevenlyinthecart.
4. Always test tomakesure yourtractorhasadequate
towing and braking capabilities whenever hauling a
substantialamount of weightin yourcart. Useextra
cautionwhenoperatingonslopes.
5. Todumpmaterialfromthecart,releasethespringlatch
onthetonguebypullingthelatchlockleverforward,away
fromthecart.Thecartbedwillthentiltbackwardsto
emptyitscontents.Afteremptying,pullthefrontofthe
beddowntowardthecarttongueuntilthelatchsnaps
into place.
6. Themaximumtowingspeedforthiscartis10m.p.h.
CAUTION: Toavoidpossibleinjury,before
releasingthelatchbesurethatnooneis
nearthecart.

One cubic foot of dirt weighs approximately 80 lbs.
MAINTENANCE
1. Atthebeginningofeachseason,usingalightmachine
oil,lubricatethelatch,thelatchpivotbolt,andthearea
oftheaxlewherethedrawbartonguepivots.
2. Grease or oil the wheel bearings periodically. Use
automotivewheel bearing type grease or 20 weight
oil.
3. Checkperiodicallyforloosebolts.
4. Keeptireslledtotherecommendedtirepressureof
12-14Lbs.

de la palanca. Coloque la tuerca de bloqueohexagonal
(G)enelextremodeltornilloconcabezahexagonal(D)
y aprietedemodoqueeltornilloconcabezahexagonal
(D)puedaseguirgirandolibremente.Apriete las dos
tuercashexagonales(H)contracadaunodelosladosde
lapalanca,demodoquelapalancaquedecentradaenla
ranura.

eloriciodelapalancadebloqueodelcierre.Utiliceel
extractor de muelles (O) para acoplar el extremo largo del
muelleeneloriciocuadradodelalengüeta.Elextremoen

1. Concadacambiodeestación,utiliceaceiteligeropara
máquinasparalubricarelcierre,eltornillodegirodelcierre
ylazonadelejeenlaquegiralalengüetadeenganche.
2. Engraseolubriqueconaceiteloscojinetesdelasruedas
de forma periódica. Utilice grasa de automoción para
cojinetesderuedasoaceite20W.
3. Compruebedeformaperiódicasisehaaojadoalgún
tornillo.
4 Mantengalosneumáticosinadosaunapresión
recomendadade12-14lbs.
1. Consulteelmanualdeusuariodelvehículoparaverlas
instruccionessobrefuncionamientoseguroenpendientes.
2. Utilicelaguíadependientesdelapágina10deeste
manual para determinar si el ángulo de la pendiente es
demasiado pronunciado para un funcionamiento seguro.
3. Paraconseguirelmejormanejoylamayortracciónposi-
bles,distribuyaelpesodelacargadeformauniformeenel
carrito.
4. Asegúresedequesuvehículotractortienelacapacidad
de remolque y de frenado adecuada para remolcar una
cantidaddepesoconsiderableensucarrito.Extremelas
precaucionescuandotrabajeenpendientes.
5. Paravolcarelmaterialdelcarrito,suelteelcierredelmuellede
lalengüetatirandodelapalancadebloqueodelcierrehacia
delante,alejándoladelcarrito.Labasedelcarritoseinclinará
haciaatrásparavaciarsuscontenidos.Unavezvacío,tire
delapartedelanteradelabasehacialalengüetadelcarrito
hastaqueelcierrequedeenganchadoensuposición.
6. La velocidad de remolque máxima para este carrito es de

laremorque.Leplancherdelaremorquevaainsis’incliner
versl’arrièrepourvidersoncontenu.Aprèsavoirtout
déchargé,tirezl’avantduplancherverslebasetversla
barred’attelagedelaremorquejusqu’àcequeleloquet
s’enclencheenplace.
6. La vitesse de conduite maximale permise pour le remorquage

Utiliserunegraissedetypeautomobilepourroulementsà
billesouunehuiledecalibre20.
3. Vérierrégulièrementquelesboulonssoientbienserrés.
4. La pression des pneus doit être maintenue entre 12 et
14lb.
1. Se référer au manuel du tracteur pour des instructions précises
concernant la conduite en pentes.
2. Utiliser le guide fourni en page 13 de ce manuel pour savoir
sil’angledelapenteesttropprononcépouruneconduite
sécuritaire.
3. Pourunemeilleuretractionetuneplusgrandestabilité,répartir
