232interface.Forexample,itis DTEfor thesignaloutputfrom
DB25interface pin2,whileitsreceivinginputisDCE.
Therefore,ifcrossedRS-232 cableisused toconnect twoDTE
devices(e.g. terminaland multi-users),youhavetoconnectthe
