机柜或者服务器机箱、导轨可能造成划伤！
Watch out for the scratches that may be caused by the cabinet, chassis or rails.
在正在使用的机柜中安装新服务器时，请谨防触电！
Be aware of electric shock when installing the servers into the cabinet in use.
安装时请注意不要阻塞服务器上的通风孔，尤其是服务器前、后部的通风孔。
DO NOT block the vents on the server during installation, especially the vents on the front and
rear of the server.
请在使用之前将服务器外壳上的保护膜撕去。
Remove the protective film from the chassis before installing servers into the rack.
服务器的前、后部需至少留出15厘米空间，以便于系统散热。
For proper ventilation, leave a minimum space of 15cm between two servers.
为了便于使用服务器前、后部的接口，并便于布线，服务器前部与机柜前门内侧之间至少留出70毫米、后
部与机柜后门内侧之间至少留出150毫米距离。
For easy access of the front and rear ports and cabling, leave a minimum space of 70mm
between the front side of the server and the inner side of the cabinet’s front door, and 150mm
between the rear side of the server and the inner side of the cabinet’s rear door.
没有安装设备的机柜位置，请始终安装挡风盲板，以确保服务器获得足够的气流，并避免机房气流紊乱。
Always keep the air baes in place to ensure proper air flow and avoid air turbulence in the
server room.
安装必须符合当地电气法规。为避免人身伤害、火灾或服务器损坏，切勿让机柜中的交流电源分支电路过
载。
Installation must comply with local and regional electrical regulations. To reduce the risk of
personal injury, fire, or damage to the server, DO NOT overload the AC supply that provides
power to the rack.
服务器是高功耗电器，只能安装在带有通风孔的专用机柜，或者专业水冷机柜中，以免过热造成系统失效。
Servers can only be deployed in dedicated cabinets with ventilation holes or specialized cooling
cabinets to avoid server failure from overheating as they are high power appliances.
如果要安装多台设备，请先从机柜靠下的空位开始，并将较重的设备安装在机柜下部。
In case of multiple-server deployment, always load from bottom to top and place the heavier
server on the lower bay.
请注意机柜的承重、供电及散热能力，切勿安装超出机柜承载能力的设备。
DO NOT install devices beyond the cabinet’s load-bearing capacity, power supply capacity and
heat dissipation capacity.

在机柜上确定导轨安装位置后，按照①所示，旋转锁片，使锁片张开。将导轨定位销对准机柜孔位，
按照②箭头方向推入导轨，松开锁片，使锁片扣紧在机柜上，导轨前端固定完成。
Determine the rack holes for the rail. Rotate the latch outward as indicated by ①. Align the
mounting pins on the front end with the rack holes, push them in as indicated by ② until
they are fully seated. Release the latch to secure the front end in place.
拉开导轨，与导轨前端保持在同一水平方向。按照①所示，抬起锁扣，将导轨后端定位销对准机
柜孔位，按照②箭头方向推入导轨，松开锁扣，使锁扣扣紧在机柜上，导轨后端固定完成。
Fully extend the rail and keep the front and rear end at the same horizontal level. Lift the
latch up as indicated by ①. Align the mounting pins on the rear end with the rack holes,
push them in as indicated by ② until they are fully seated. Release the latch to secure
the rear end in place.

按照箭头①所示，将右侧连接支架
销钉插入左侧支架葫芦孔内，按照
箭头②方向，向后推右侧服务器至
两服务器对齐。
Align and insert the standoffs on
the right connection bar into the
keyholes of the left one as
indicated by ①. Push the right
server toward the rear of the
server as indicated by ② until
the two servers are aligned.
用前端两颗固定螺丝锁紧支架，保证
左右两侧机箱连接到一起。
Install and tighten the 2 screws at
the front to secure the two servers
together.
连接服务器

用6颗固定螺丝，将左侧连接支
架固定到左侧机箱。
Align the holes on the left
chassis bar with those on
the left chassis, then install
and tighten 6 screws to
secure the bar to the
chassis.
安装服务器
Installing the Servers
抬起服务器，将服务器后端放在导轨上，
然后将服务器水平推入导轨。
Lift up the servers onto the rails and
push them all the way into the rails.
将服务器推入机柜后，顺时针锁紧服务器左
右耳手拧螺丝，服务器安装完成。
Tighten the 2 thumbscrews on the left
and right mounting ears of the server
clockwise to secure the servers in
place.
用8颗固定螺丝，将右侧连接支架固定到右侧机箱。
Align the holes on the right chassis bar with
those on the right chassis, then install and
tighten 8 screws to secure the bar to
the chassis.

重复1、2动作，完成另一侧导轨安装，保证左右两侧导轨安装高度一致，效果图如下。
Repeat the above 2 steps to install the other rail. Make sure the two rails are installed at
the same horizontal level.
