Please note that looking directly into the sensor
light may hurt your eyes.
Remove the battery cover.
Insert with the correct battery plus and
minus orientation.
Insert the battery.
Re-attach the battery cover to its original state.
Slide the power switch to the on position.
Regarding standby mode
The keyboard is usually in standby mode. Tapping
on any key will automatically wake the keyboard.
The keyboard will enter standby mode if there has
not been any input for a ๏ฌxed period of time.
Slide the power switch to the on position.
To wake the mouse from sleep mode.
To preserve battery life, the mouse will automatically
shift to sleep mode if left untouched for a ๏ฌxed period
of time while the power is ON. To wake the mouse
from sleep mode, move the mouse.
The red battery lamp lights up for a ๏ฌxed period of time.
* When remaining battery is low, the LED blinks red for a
๏ฌxed time.
USB port
Receiver unit
Plug in here.
Start the PC.
Insert the receiver unit into the PC's USB port.
Start the PC, and then wait for it to be ready to perform operations.
Any USB port may be used.
Be sure to suf๏ฌciently check the connector
orientation and the insertion location.
Do not directly touch the terminal area of the
USB connector.
If you feel a strong resistance when inserting
the USB connector, check that the shape
and orientation of the connector is correct.
Using excessive force may damage the
connector and cause injury.
The driver will be automatically installed. You
will then be able to use the keyboard and
mouse.

Pour sortir la souris du mode veille.
Pour prรฉserver la durรฉe de vie des batteries, la souris passe
automatiquement en mode veille si elle n'est pas touchรฉe
pendant une pรฉriode dรฉterminรฉe alors que l'appareil est sous
tension. Pour sortir la souris du mode veille, dรฉplacez-la.
Le voyant rouge de la batterie s'allume pendant une
durรฉe dรฉterminรฉe.

Regarding standby mode
The keyboard is usually in standby mode. Tapping
on any key will automatically wake the keyboard.
The keyboard will enter standby mode if there has

Slide the power switch to the on position.
To wake the mouse from sleep mode.
To preserve battery life, the mouse will automatically
shift to sleep mode if left untouched for a ๏ฌxed period
of time while the power is ON. To wake the mouse
from sleep mode, move the mouse.
The red battery lamp lights up for a ๏ฌxed period of time.

This product is wireless equipment using the entire range of
the 2.4 GHz band and it is possible to avoid the band of
mobile object identi๏ฌcation systems. GFSK is used for the
radio wave method. The interference distance is 10 m.
The 2.4 GHz band is also used by medical equipment,
Bluetooth, and wireless LAN equipment conforming to the
IEEE802.11b/11g /11n standard.

The receiver unit presents a swallowing hazard for

How to change the hardware keyboard settings for Windows/macOS
๏ฎ Change โ€œHardware keyboard layoutโ€
Change the setting if the connected Japanese 106/109 keyboard is recognized as an English 101/102 keyboard and you are unable to input as printed on the keys.
You will need to change the setting to Japanese (JIS) layout keyboard if it is not recognized as a Japanese (JIS) keyboard when connected.
The respective procedures for Windows/macOS are as follows.
Click on โ€œStartโ€ on the lower left of the screen, and click on the
โ€œSettingsโ€ icon.
Click on โ€œTime & Languageโ€.
The โ€œTime & Languageโ€ page will appear.
Click on โ€œLanguageโ€.
The โ€œLanguageโ€ page will appear.
Select โ€œJapaneseโ€ from the list of languages and click on โ€œOptionsโ€.
The โ€œJapaneseโ€ page will appear.
If โ€œJapaneseโ€ is not on the list of languages,
click on โ€œ+ Add a languageโ€ and add โ€œJapaneseโ€ from the page.
Click on โ€œChange layoutโ€ under Hardware keyboard layout.
The โ€œChange hardware keyboard layoutโ€ dialogue should appear.
Click on โ€œLet me pick from a list of available drivers on my computerโ€.
Select โ€œJapanese keyboard (106/109) keyโ€ from the pull down list.
Click โ€œRestart nowโ€.
The keyboard layout (key assignment) will be set to โ€œJapanese
keyboard (106/109 key)โ€ after restart.
๏ฎ Update the device driver from the โ€œDevice Managerโ€.
If the input and the printing on the keys do not match up even after the steps above, please
try to update the device driver using the following steps.
Right click on the start menu. Click on โ€œDevice Managerโ€.
Click on โ€œKeyboardโ€ to expand. Right click on โ€œHID Keyboard Deviceโ€
and select โ€œUpdate driverโ€ from the menu.
The โ€œUpdate driverโ€ wizard should appear.
Click on โ€œBrowse my computer for driversโ€.
In the โ€œSelect the device driver you want to install for this hardwareโ€
page, uncheck โ€œShow compatible hardwareโ€, select โ€œ(Standard
keyboards)โ€ under Manufacturer, then select โ€œJapanese PS/2
Keyboard (106/109 key)โ€. Click โ€œNextโ€.
The โ€œUpdate Driver Warningโ€ dialogue should appear. Click โ€œYesโ€.
When the device driver update is complete, restart Windows.
Changes made to the device driver will not be re๏ฌ‚ected if Windows
is not restarted.
For macOS
Keyboard types can be selected from โ€œKeyboard Setup Assistantโ€ under โ€œKeyboardโ€
preferences.
Or, when โ€œKeyboard Setup Assistantโ€ starts up when the keyboard is connected, follow the
steps below from step to set the keyboard type to โ€œJIS (Japanese)โ€.
Click โ€œSystem Preferences...โ€ under the Apple menu.
The System Preferences window will appear.
Click on โ€œKeyboardโ€.
The keyboard preferences window will appear.
Click on โ€œChange Keyboard Type...โ€
โ€œKeyboard Setup Assistantโ€ will start up.
๏ฎ โ€œKeyboard Setup Assistantโ€ will start up.
Click โ€œContinueโ€.
Press the key on the right of the left
Shift key on the connected keyboard.
Press the key on the left of the right
Shift key on the connected keyboard.
